Hi Everline! The stalks you removed from the Swiss chard are edible. Next time just cut them up ( like you cut spring onions on the cuttingboard) and cook them along with the green leaves. They're very nutritious too.😂

Actually I've started giving my plants enough water since watching your videos. I am also adopting the style of storing vegetables on the floor as I've seen people who stored pumpkins and potatoes for months in that fashion. I believe in going back to our roots.
