After taking a rock to the knee, I learned my lesson on leaving pads at home. Elbow pads are the one thing I'm bad about, though still trying to find a pair that I like.

Pearl Izumi was started in Tokyo. They began over 60 years ago. They produce excellent cycling gear. Their mountain bike shorts are the best I've tried and will be the only ones I buy from now on. Got 4 pairs so far

Made it out to Valmont for the first time today, should've come out sooner, made tons of progress on my jumping today. By the end of the day I went from rolling/casing everything to clearing the small slopestyle line. Only oopsie was sliding off one of the skinnies in the skills area and scraping the heck out of my shin.

Hey Matty! You should come up to Castle Rock CO and ride Rhyolite Bikepark. It is a non shuttle bikepark with 6 jump trails- I have ridden my Roscoe 7 there, and it is a blast! Loving the Roscoe veelogs, keep it up! ✌️

I plan on buying the Roscoe 8 this month, im 6'1" 200lbs. My local bike shop would sell it for 1650$ if paid in cash and i was wondering about any other MTB thats close to the Roscoe 8...but better in some way...if even possible considering the price.

Might be a bit late but the Marin San Quentin 2 is great if u can get your hands on one I couldn’t find a Marin San Quentin 1 this year. The nuke proof scout race is pretty good no dropper post tho.

When you moved the camera down around bottom bracket did you notice that when you land, sometimes your front tire is still turned quite a bit! Big tires probably help out! That's crazy

Thank you watching! I would recommend the marlin series if you’re a beginner. It’s a great bike and you can learn and progress a lot on that bike before you need to upgrade

The underside camera looks sick, makes your wheel look tiny! How do you like the Ripper compared to the Roscoe for jumping? I would think the Ripper would be better since it’s made for dirt jumping

Is that shock sufficient for jumping? It looked like it was maxing out on the jumps. Do you think it needs more travel?

It’s definitely great for jumping. The plus size tires are the only thing that’s a disadvantage for jumping on this bike
