The sourness of sinigang is from tamarind, not in vinegar

Here in the Philippine there are many ways to cook sinigang..the variety of sourness mostly comes from tamarind but some places here, uses the following ingredient camias, calamansi, green manggoes,santol,guava..you can also make sinigang with beef, goat, fish or chicken we call it sinampalukang manok.cooked in tamarind shoots.with young chilies..the sinigang distinct aroma comes from our local green long chili or" siling pang sigang". hope you visit our country❤

No it's not rude when you live naturally but if you're in a formal life no sounds while eating is a must and no sounds of utensils on the plate.😊

intestine are delicious!! i will not even pretend to be expert on Chinese, but i have studied Mandarin for 4 yrs now, and the americanized Chinese food does have strange names, but i heard, it is bc most of it is originated from Cantonese spoken Chefs, for example lo mein and chow mein - is mixed noodles and stir-fried noodles respectively in Cantonese, lo mein should actually be 'lou mein' 捞面
