If you want the performance of the year Ado - Unravel Live is the one. The lyrics and the story it comes from are so heartbreaking as she personifies the charater's personality fracture and descent into madness and hopelessness. She is unbelievable.

Others mentioned it already but you need to check out Ado singing “Unravel” live. It proves that Ado can break the language barrier and deliver the emotions of a song even if not all her fans understand Japanese! I can also recommend all the songs she sung for ‘One piece film red’ they are all different in style and really showcases her versatile voice.

If you pretend to watch more of Ado's songs, keep in mind to check the CC's of them, a lot of them have really good and accurate translations in a bunch of different languages available on the videos themselves. Also, i really love Ado a lot, she has an amazing variety of Original songs and Covers of songs, some of these covers being sung by vocaloids with a bunch of flips and a reach not easily replicated by humans but somehow this madwoman still does it and personally even though not enjoying a good part of them i can still recognize the technicality of it and the genius of both ado's and all of the song writers, arrangers etc... Hope you have a good time like i did first time finding her out! I keep having to pick my jaw from the floor multiple times ever since then. (i'm not very literate on music terms but i try a bit, if anything is wrong just correct me, ty)

Most of her song, independently is it a cover or is it her own song sounds like banger. I recomend to listen next: 1. "Unravel" - cover on TK song. Imho, cover better than original. And also live performance of this cover from her better than studio version 2. "Ussewa" - her debut song, when she was 17 (1 day before 18) 3. "Shoka" - song written by Ado. It is song made me scare twice, firstly when I listen an see AMV, secondly when I check lyrics... I think it is saddes song from her 4. "Rule" - maybe the most agressive song from her 5. Entire album with song for anime One Peace film Red 6. "Rebelion" - AMV looks like entire anime 7. "Crime & Punishment" - cover on Shina Ringo`s song, that concentrate attantion on her vocal (your ears must be ready) 8. "Show" - demonstrate abilities to mix the different culures and different genres into one song, like entire album 9. "Odo" - she tries on the role of DJ 10. "God-ish" - while listening firstly I thought that there ~10 vocalist 11. "I`m controversy" - playing around interesting sound effects 12 "Value" - collaboration with Apple (AMV on iPad), sounds pretty cool 13. "Kick back" - "cover" on Chainsaw-man op with surprise I advice to watch AMVs firstly instead live version or advances subs version, because it contains a part of meaning

`Ado instead Ad`o. First sound is "a" (like in "unravel" word) instead "e" (many people confused) "Ado" - term from one of japanese theater, means second-plan actors which maybe not on stage even , while "Shite" - first-plan actors. Ado said that when she heard "Ado" first time, she thougth it sound pretty cool

This song was written for a Halloween parade, sung from the perspective of a vampire girl who invites you to her home to have fun :) In Japan, a film studio holds a parade on Halloween, where dancers in zombie and vampire costumes walk and cheerfully scare people to this song.

Ado to me is the most amazing J-pop artist. In my opinion this song is mostly about having fun during someone's or Your own "Show".😂 I suggest You check out "Unravel- live version"- it's Ado's first original song and it's the most incredible version of this song. Great reaction!😃

Ado is truly a once in a lifetime artist, such an amazing woman. Also, if your looking for more Japanese artists, may I point you towards Hoshimachi Suisei from Hololive? She's what's called a V-Tuber, meaning she uses an anime style avatar to represent herself. She is one of many V-Tubers, Hololive just being the biggest V-Tuber agency right now. Other such talents include Mori Calliope, Tokoyami Towa, and Amane Kanata.

I honestly hate this... Ado makes me realize theres a lot of popular artists that are so mediocre and yet hit insane records. I should not compare but this young lad's singing talent is a bit too much. When I listen to new songs, it is very hard to connect and appreciate as I expect certain standards... my outlook in music is ruined.
