The song is an independent single by the actress in the mv who is also the singer, dhwani bhanisali. Not part of a movie. Since you guys are producers, I recommend the song 'ghar more pardesiya' from the movie 'kalank'. It's a traditional kind of festive song but with great visuals and dance.

My personal favorite "playback singer" is Sreerama Chandra from the Telegu region. He was on Indian Idol way back in 2010. Those songs are mostly in Hindi and they did a lot from Bollywood films. He also sings in Tamil, Telugu, and several other Indian languages. He was a contestant on several other shows and has done some hosting. He's got some original music, but is mostly known for his playback/film songs where he does the vocals for whatever male star a movie has. He's done a bit of acting too. Look for Rehnuma in Telugu from The Chronicles of Narnia Soundtrack Or I'd probably start with songs such as Pyar Manga Hai or Kitne Bhi Tu Karle Sitam or Zara Zara. The Strumm Sound channel has a lot of his music and other contemporary Indian singers. If you want to see something amazing watch Sreerama's duet of Breathless with the original artist Shankar Mahadevan from Indian Idol.
