Btw! Fun fact: Billie hates the color blue but she wanted it for one time but her stylist accidentally dyed her hair blue permanently.

Blue is actually very difficult to do and keep. Even with "permanent" dye. Theres ever only semi permanent it washes out and fades. Blue usually goes green and even when you bleach to hell it often doesnt take to cetain places especially on the temples or anywhere your hair is fine. You def need to bleach to near white as best you can preferably doing a test strand and rinse before it becomes to brittle then use a really good ash grey toner or you can mix purple with conditioner and make your own before you put in the blue. Let it rest for a day wash very well then do the blue dye. Cover with a cap and use a blowdryer to heat the hair for best penetration and just go to bed with it in overnight. Ive always had the hardest time keeping blue in my hair but im re doing purple soon anyway. So much easier.
