FIRST TIME EVER REACTION TO STRAY KIDS - RED LIGHTS

Stray Kids are an 8 member (originally 9) Kpop group. For some of their releases they will do unit songs where they split up and 2-4 members will do a song together instead of the whole group. Red Lights is an example of this. The blond in the video is Bang Chan who is the oldest and the leader of Stray Kids. He handpicked each member (first time done in JYP Entertainment) and he as well as two members not in this video Changbin and Han are 3racha (pronounced three-racha like Sriracha) the production team for the group. All members contribute to the process but these main three are responsible for 99.99% of Stray Kids music from start to finish. Bang Chan's laptop is the holy grail with so many unreleased songs. Please check out the whole group. Everyone will likely recommend starting with God's Menu as that song was a gateway to them. Their style and sound differs vastly from song to song and they have rap heavy songs, beautiful vocals on slow songs, hype songs and they love to play with sound and style.

This song is written, composed, produced and performed by only two members of the group - Hyunjin (black long hair) and Bang Chan (short blonde). They mede this beats and everything else by themselves and it's the most popular non-title of the album song of them ever made. Stray Kids are 8 members self-produced group, I recommend you to watch "God's Menu", "Thunderous", "Venom" and "Freeze" 🥰

Omg you reacted to this first 😂 I love this song! This song only has two members from Stray Kids. There’s 8 in total. Red Lights is about an unhealthy obsession with overworking. But they leave the lyrics very vague so you can interpret it into whatever you want. Be prepared to be more surprised! Stray Kids produce all their music. Bang Chan, the leader (the short blonde haired one in the video) is the main producer but two other members help him make music. Their producing name is 3racha. The other members also help out with lyrics and making beats as well. They get little help from others outside their group when they make music. They blow me away each time they put out new music. Never boring with them haha There’s so much I want to say about them but I’ll keep it short! I’m so happy you loved them and I can’t wait for you to hear more. Thunderous and God’s Menu you need to react to next 😊

Its hard to expect a certain type of music from stray kids. They tend to be all over the place. Especially when they make unit songs like this one. There are 8 of them (9 in older songs) and they mix and match their individual styles when they produce as 2-4 ppl unit. The blonde one (Bangchan) is their leader and main producer along w two other members they have a producing unit called 3racha. Case143 is their latest song and its so weird - I love it. Thunderous is awesome too. I would also recommend Easy, Back door, Maniac, Miroh, Side effects, Slump, Give me your TMI, Chill, Venom, Cheese... Actually everything that you will see will be good production wise. You just need to shuffle a lil to find songs that suit your taste

Bangchan is the leader of Stray Kids and he wrote this song about his addiction to song writing. How he would rather write and produce songs than do anything, even sleep. Hyunjin feels the same way about dancing. The chains are metaphors for those addictions. Also, Bangchan is Australian (along with one other member of the band) so their English is good. If you liked this, wait till you see them with all 8 members. You’ll lose your mind. They have many excellent songs, but watch God’s menu first. It’s foundational to becoming a Stray Kids fan.

For similar vibes, I'd highly recommend the song Taste, another unit song by three members who specialize in dance, there is no mv for that, just look up a color coded lyrics video.Taste uses wonderful deep vocals and some amazing soaring high tones, and another fabulous gritty sexy beat. Other great tracks by the full group with different feels are Back Door, Thunderous, Venom, Maniac, God's Menu....lots more.

This was a great reaction, they're actually 8 members in total😅 this is one of the unit songs from their previous album. They actually released a new album quite recently (their 2nd one this year, making it their 2nd time on top billboard 200 in the same year) the album name is "maxident" and their title track "case 143" is their first actual love song, my personal favorites from this album are the songs "3racha", "taste", & "super board", the first 2 are unit songs as well but I know for sure you'd love them. Some fun facts: The fandom name is STAY. Stray kids self produce about 99.9% of their songs themselves with their producing team 3racha which is made up of three of the members: Bang Chan, Han, & Changbin. These 3 are responsible for their amazing unique sound which has been coined as "mala taste" music because even in kpop they have a reputation for their beats that they self produce being very diverse and different Some recommended songs: Freeze Sorry I love you Hellavator Easy Charmer Double knot Domino Side effects Miroh

I am glad you liked the song! something similar would be a song called "taste" by Hyunjin (long black hair in "red lights" video), Lee Know and Felix. both "red lights" and "taste" are unit songs, so not the whole group is performing (they are actually 8 members). Stray Kids (= SKZ) like experimenting a lot and trying out different genres and sounds, so that everyone can find smth they like in their discography. however they are famous for rap-heavy hard-hitting EDM songs. "god's menu" is a classic, which everyone usually recommends to start with. I recommend it as well :) 3racha (= three-racha, play on words with hot sauce sriracha) is the producing unit consisting of 3 members, including Bang Chan (short blond hair in the "red lights" video). Chan picked the members, chose the group name, the logo is his handwriting - all those are unique things for kpop. If you check the credits, you will see 3racha names everywhere (from lyrics and composition to sound engeneering), as they (especially Chan) have a full control of the group's sound (a rare thing in kpop). unit songs are usually written (I mean mostly the lyrics) by the members of the corresponding unit. SKZ of course work with other musicians and producers as well. most recent comeback of the group was a month ago with a mini album "maxident" and a title track "case 143". 4 songs out of 8 got music videos (case 143, chill, super board, give me your TMI). "taste" I mentioned earlier is a unit song and doesn't have an MV. the same applies to other unit songs ("3racha" and "can't stop"), but you could check out lyrics video if you are interested. It is hard for me to recommend songs, because I love the whole SKZ discography. the fandom name is STAY (you get STAY, when you take the R out of stRay, because STAY is the Reason for Stray Kids to exist and keep working). therefore "stray kids everywhere all around the world, you make stray kids stay" is very meaningful. btw "stray kids" in the first part is the reference to the fans, to anyone who feels astray but then discovers SKZ and finds support in them. SKZ love play on words. it is of course more difficult to notice with their korean lyrics, unless you speak Korean or watch explanation videos, but they play with english as well. an example are the names of their last 3 albums: maxident, oddinary and noeasy (reference to the haters calling their music noisy). most members can speak English pretty well, two members are native speakers from Australia (Bang Chan and Felix). sorry for too much text! but I hope it was a little bit helpful. feel free to ask any questions about the groups and we will be glad to answer in the comments.

Loved this reaction! Stray kids were my first kpop group. Thunderous was my first song ever hearing them and I was hooked from the beginning. I recommend Thunderous, Freeze, Charmer, Cheese, Tortis and the Haire, also Maniac.

En su canción God's Menú, reflejan lo que quiero decir.(Después de esa viene Back Door). Aunque los comparan a veces con BTS, la verdad es que en cierto sentido sus estilos son diferentes, al nivel de llegar a crear su propio sonido. Lo gracioso de este grupo, y en parte él por qué son tan queridos, es la dualidad de sus personalidades. Cuando se trata de música, baile y escenarios tienen personalidades fuertes y carácter. En su vida diaria son realmente suaves, divertidos he incluso tímidos. Recién voy a ver tus otras reacciones, pero gracias por tratar con respeto a los niños.
