By the time the show ended, the last episode of season 5, you kind of forget how innocent and comical things started for Walt and Jesse. It was dark and serious, and totally the opposite of how this show started. Truly fantastic story telling over 5 seasons.

One unrealistic aspect of this scene: In much of that country, there are brushfires all the time, often set off by lightning strikes. Most communities don't even bother to send fire trucks, instead letting the fires burn themselves out.

15:00 I was bored one day and looked up the realism of the premise of the show and it turns out the Public School Union health insurance of New Mexico covers 100% of Chemotherapy. They kind of get around this by saying they went to the best doctor they could find which was out of their coverage group, but I believe that should have only been for a consultation not the chemo costs.

@@lightningjadejavier Yeah in retrospective breaking bad came and went in the blink of an eye. But a lot of shows did back then. BrBa was classic network television. For the most part they operated to create and release episodes on a week to week basis. A much more short term and on the fly type of schedule. It was nothing like today where Netflix needs 2 years to just prepare a season of something like stranger things if you know what i mean.

Actually in reality, someone like Walt, if he never got cancer and worked his whole life as a teacher, along with the home they purchased, and the retirement from teaching they would have retired with a good income and almost a million in assets probably. This may not be true for us in America today with the inflation it is tough. Stupid people running the country has hurt us all. But I digress, enjoyed your entry into the Breaking Bad gang.
