I'm sorry but Tupac put his nose where it doesn't belong before. I got so much love for him, I wanna clear that one out, but he let himself got involved in a gang fight even if he can just be a bigger man and just don't fuck with the real G's. Suge really corrupt his mind. Tupac's persona differs from the real world, and unfortunately, he fucked with the OG Crips. It is what it is. R.I.P to arguably one of the best rapper in the world.

Just found your channel and loving it! Pink Floyd is one of my favorites! An album I wore out back in the day was Roxy and Elsewhere by Frank Zappa and the Mother's of Invention. If you can find a video of Son of Orange County and More Trouble Everyday, I think you'll love it, too! The album was from a concerts recorded at The Roxy Theater in Hollywood, California in December 1973. These two songs were played back to back with no break, so if you find one, you'll want to find the other for the full effect! Keep up the great work!!

Hey Joey, I have been abig fan of your channel for a while now. Subscribed at number three hundred and something. Honestly surprised you haven't done any Old School Blues yet. I highly recommend Robert Johnson's "Crossroads" and Leadbelly's "About a Girl" I have suggested them before but I think I just got lost in the flood of comments. Keep on doing what you are doing. You truly get what music is supposed to be about.

I remember when Tupac got killed, I was pretty young.. 6th grade I think.. but liked his music. As I got older, I really began to appreciate how powerful his lyrics were. Friends older siblings were all about him and they were really upset. He was one of the best, and every time I come across one of his songs I'm a little saddened thinking about what the world missed out on. Not sure how well you know west coast rappers around late 90's-early 2000's, you should check out Kurupt (Streetz Iz A Mutha from the same album title is really good), Suga Free (Why U Bullshittin'? off the Street Gospel album). Their flows are very unique and the late 90's 'gangsta rap' had some awesome beats and pacing.

Oh, and anything by Too $hort . 'The Ghetto' is probably my favorite, or 'Thangs Change.' He was heavily influenced by the legendary Funk artists.. George Clinton, Isaac Hayes, Marvin Gaye, James Brown. It really shows through his music, really smooth, funk beats even through his lyrics are pretty raw.
