By time the 50 Cent and Kanye thing happened it was his 3rd album, and rap was changing drastically. That was the passing of the torch for the next generation of rap we would get.Kanye didn't change rap alone with that one situation. It was already changing and the Kanye thing was the proof of it. You got your history all confused. lol And in no way proved the original comment wrong, because he clearly says at 50's PEAK. lol I even did a bit of research for you, took 30 seconds. i know im very late to this reaction, but i only just found it. 50's shooter never stood over him and shot him in the face, that's just what the GRODT movie depicts, outside his grandma's house. 50 actually got shot while sat in a car. he got shot in his legs & torso multiple times through the car door, & what "shot" him in the face/mouth was a bullet fragment from one of those shots, not an actual clean shot directly from barrel to face.
