This is ABBA coolest song! Hardest too...really uber cool...much better then many, most of the other hard rock/metal songs out there old or new, regardless, that it competes with in the genre..really love this cool tough hidden gem...the song really oozes top notch quality and craftmanship..

I love it and also love that guitar riff. This is about a mad stalker.Quite prophetic if we regard the story that took place years later on with that psycho Gerit Van der graf,Agnetha's apalling stalker that still keeps being annoying by even participating in that last film that was aired lately.

The guitar riff is insane ! So Metal ! They easily could have gone into the Heavy Metal direction, too, with their talent; pity they didn't.

@@dorojessy6932 i also loved the dynamics in the 'agressive' backing vocals of the girls in the chorus.Kinda Tina Turner-ish' to this one and to the demo of "Ricky rock n Roller" to my ears.

In their first 2 albums they were still finding their artistic way. They were mimicking other artists a lot, so you can't really compare to the later albums too much.

That's my most favourite song from the Waterloo Album ! They should have released it as an A-side as well, but Waterloo was already A-side. I love this song and I always crank it up ! It's definitely in my top 5 of most favourite ABBA songs. It has a Glam rock vibe becasue Glam rock was big in the early to mid 70's, such as T. Rex, Slade, Sweet. Bay City Rollers, Suzie Quattro, etc.

May I suggest a song for you to react to? It's my favorite one from their first album "Ring Ring". The song is "Santa Rosa". Hope you enjoy it, guys! 😁

yep they sitill figured out if they're gonna be a glam rock band, a pop band or whatever... it's a fun song. I like it. I think Maneskin should do a cover LOL... this was composed in 1973/74 and Slipping Through My Fingers in 1980/1981. Sounds not that far away, but there was a huge progression and developement... they found their sound on ABBA in 1975 with SOS and Mamma Mia and fully displayed their typical sound constistantly from late 1975 singles and Arrival in 1976 onwards...

Well - actually quiet all right as 1970's glam rock goes. Not ABBA's most inspired song, though. You should try to react to Sweet ("Ballroom Blitz" or "Rebel Rouser").

so nice to see your again , dearest Marissa & Tyler, in your ABBA Journey "Watch Out" (1974) It's the B-side of the glorious single "Waterloo" honestly this is one of the songs that is clearly among the ones I don't like about ABBA for me it is just 4pts and hopefully at the same level as "King Kong song" (another weak ABBA song) and others on this album decidedly I like almost nothing in it (Marissa, in these case I don't think like you, for me "Rock me" is much better, 7pts) In my opinion, "Waterloo" is the most uneven ABBA album, it would barely exceed 5pts, but the star song "Waterloo" (10pts) raises the average to 6pts but it is logical, it is their first album as official ABBA; they are still looking for their style, here very influenced by glam rock I wait for your next reaction, I leave you a big hug from Buenos Aires Argentina 🇦🇷 South America P.S : the songwriters Björn & Benny said recently that there are some ABBA songs that They never should be recorded and released I think these was one of those

@@dorojessy6932 It's your opinion The weakness of the song is for its quality, very uneven Powerful songs are not always good, and this is the case "Watch out" nothing to do with "Hole in your soul", an example of a powerful and brilliant song at the same time

It sounds more like when The Osmonds tried to be rock in songs like "Crazy Horses" but not as convincing. This is possibly the most sinister ABBA song. "I'm tired of waiting, and its driving me crazy, and my patience is fading, oh you'd better watch out". Er, what is being threatened here?

This song doesnt really have an 'ABBA' sound i dont think, its like ABBA were just trying to copy the glam rock thing that was going on at that time, not trying to be themselves. They developed their own sound later in their career, which was better. This song is not a favourite of mine but i dont dislike it either

LOL Continuing to scrape the bottom of the barrel of ABBA's catalogue acting like you have no choice, that that's all there is left when 'I Have a Dream' still remains. Bizarre. How can you keep skipping it is beyond me. What methods are you using that you still haven't done this when it was an actual A-side single, topping the charts in many countries, and is actually their 12th biggest UK song ever and is included on GOLD (plus opens the Mamma Mia musical). Unless, you're torturing us by saving it for your very last ABBA reaction video.
