Yea i was very sheltered in the 60's when rock started, hippies drugs vietam. I was intrigued by janis i heard sheer emotional pain. Then she died i wanted nothing to do with that period of time. Now i listen to alot of rock.musically these performers had it all but couldn't handle it. We have the music they have a headstone? Hendrix was a genius. Freddy was a great musician plus many, many other greats I'm a few decades late but catching up on this fabulous rock. Sad that drugs and aids killed so many.
