Quick Note! They didn’t give me a song lol. I just did a poll on which band to listen to! So I looked up Avenged Sevenfold and clicked whichever song had the coolest name 😂🔥 I’ll break my rule and do another Avenged Sevenfold song quick because this one was so dope. So, WHAT SONG? 👀 (Obligatory plug although it’s unrelated: patreon.com/robtv)

"Not Ready To Die" - F'n gem. About zombies. 7 minutes of headbanging. People will suggest "Nightmare" and "Bat Country" and "Beast And The Harlot" and "A Little Piece of Heaven", but those are weak if you want to really want a testosterone/pump you up music.

Shadows (vocals) Synyster Gates (lead [mostly] guitar), Zacky Vengeance (guitar), Johnny Christ (bassist), Brooks Wackerman on drums. Their original drummer was The Rev. This song's drummer was Arin Ilejay. On their Nightmare album, The Rev wrote all the drum tracks before he sadly died, and Mike Portnoy of Dream Theater did the whole album as a tribute.

Dude, that was one of the most fire reactions I've ever witnessed🔥Already subbed! You're in for one hell of a rabbit hole if you choose to explore Avenged Sevenfold further. You GOTTA watch Nobody from their upcoming album next! The band is about to revolutionize the soundscape of metal on their new album Life is but a Dream. They're inspired by chord progressions used in Hip Hop & RnB and let me tell you: the guitar work of Synyster Gates on Nobody will melt your face off. It is that lit. You will hear sounds coming out of a guitar you didn't know it was possible to produce. Like a buzz saw meets air-raid siren. And the guitar solo will lift you to another plane of existance, guaranteed. That shit is absolute hype!

The day Sounding the Seventh Trumpet dropped and To End the Rapture played on my Sony Walkman I knew I was in for a wild ride and I’ve been hooked on A7X ever since. Each album has something different for everyone. For me personally A7X is one of those bands where I still can listen each album cover to cover and not skip. I can’t pick a favorite song. The answer to your first question is yes, he's playing it perfectly for that long. It's called a riff coming from a guitar or bass, so you'd say "is he playing that riff...." and the thing about the riff he's playing is that it's extremely easy to do and very simplistic, but it sounds awesome because of the effects he's adding (phaser, delay, overdrive, likely some others to get his signature sound). He's playing one open note repeatedly with a tapping pattern on the same string at a much slower pace. I'm really not even a fan of this band, their vocalist kind of ruins it for me, but I thoroughly enjoyed this reaction!

We (my army unit) blared this song on loud speakers while in Afghanistan before going out on missions. The moment we started rolling outside the wire we would play “Bodies” by Drowning Pool on the speakers because we knew the locals hated that song and we were looking for a fight.

A7X is such a good band if you think this is good the live concerts from them are an absolute spectacle. Went to go see them when they released the Nightmare album and that show was amazing. Honestly their albums as a whole are absolutely killer even sounding the seventh trumpet their first album.

Fun fact about A7X: they used to be a metalcore band. They made music in the same genre as Killswitch Engage and it was fire. Songs like Unholy Confessions are shining examples of the genre.

this is not the right Avenged Sevenfold song; A Little Piece of Heaven is a god damn masterpiece. 8 minutes of pure musical genius. but you should check out Nine Inch Nails. I will keep saying this until you do. The Hand that Feeds is my favorite song but We’re In This Together Now is good too

Nooo ALPoH is too corny, it's like Chop Suey for SOAD. It shouldn't be one of the first songs of theirs you hear, it's literally so different from everything else they do

Major kudos for stepping out of what you are comfortable with and giving other music genres a legitimate try. I used to hate hip hop until about 10 years ago, and I listen to lots of it now. Keep these videos coming.

Funnily enough, someone DID make a dual mix of Triple H’s “King of Kings” theme and Avenged Sevenfold’s “Hail to the King” because the song’s sound is similar to another band called “Motorhead” who DID Triple H’s entrance songs.

If Rob hasn't heard Motörhead yet he's really missing out. Most of these bands (90's era & on) were heavily influenced by Lemmy Kilmeister & his boys. Now I need to find this Mashup you mentioned.
