For those of us that grew up thru the 70's, if this song doesn't stir-up emotions and memories and remind you of your first lost love or break-up,...check your pulse. Sadly, they were a 'one hit wonder' but this is easily one of the greatest OHW's ever written. This song is timeless and isn't going anywhere. ✌🤟

Maybe a “2 hit wonder”….as “This Time I’m in it for Love” also did fairly well🎼!!

"Baby Come Back" is one of my ALL-TIME favorite songs!!! It's as close to perfection as a song can get. I love playing my drums to this track. I've always wished that the guitar solo at the end had been much longer!!! That's my only complaint about the song. The blonde dude, Peter Beckett, was the lead singer and guitar soloist!!! There's a music video for the song so you can see who's playing what instruments!!!

There were so many awesome bands, musicians, singers in the 70’s and 80’s. Songs were written with real meanings and everyone could actually sing and play the musical instruments. They don’t make music like this anymore and it’s a shame. Brings back so many memories of years gone by. Thanks for sharing.

First off the lead singer was the one doing the add on vocals and was responsible for the incredible guitar solo. I believe the reason for them being a one hit wonder is to many players in Player fighting for control and direction of the group. Such a shame they could have been one of the best of all time.
