It's not "fake" but they're certainly using over dubs. You can tell near the end when Barry's voice is still going in the chorus while Barry himself is not actually singing the chorus and he's doing other vocals.

The Bee Gees stands for the brothers Gibb. Barry Gibb is the eldest brother in the middle. Next to either side of him are his younger twin brothers Maurice and Robin. They've written over a thousand songs not only for themselves but for other artists they are record holders for the most number one songs. You need to react to more. You won't be disappointed.

I was married one year (1977) before this was released in 1978. This song would have been in my wedding. Love, love, love the Bee Gees. I am a black female, 68 yrs. old, grew up with them. (A bit lengthy, but a must read.) The Bees Gees: (from left to right) Robin, Barry and Maurice (pronounced Morris) Robin (Dec 22, 1949 - May 20, 2012) passed away as a result of kidney failure. Maurice (Dec 22, 1949 - Jan. 12, 2003.) Passed as a result of a twisted intestine. He was in the hospital for 2 days. Barry said he had a heart attack, but the doctors still operated. Maurice and Robin were fraternal twins. Andy Gibb, the youngest brother, (not pictured) had his own successful career. He was 12 yrs. younger than Barry. He and Barry looked so much alike, that they could had been twins. Andy passed away in 1988, at the age of 30. He lived a lifestyle involving drugs, and he had heart problems. The brothers wrote all of his songs. Barry (middle) stated, "I am the last man standing." He was born September 1, 1946. He has 5 adult children and 7 grandkids. On September 1, 2022, he and his wife Linda celebrated their 52nd wedding anniversary. (They were married on his 24th birthday.) On a sidenote, the first born is their sister, Lesley, who was 78, January 12, 2023. Lesley didn't have an interest to be in the limelight, but she can sing. They wrote all of their own songs, and songs for other singers, which they sang after the songs were released for the other singers. When Barry was about 2 yrs old, he reached up onto the table and a pot of hot tea fell on him. His mom said he was in the hospital for almost 2 months, and he almost died. He didn't talk for almost 18 months. Barry said he doesn't remember, but has the splotches on his chest and arms to prove it. You can see the discoloration on his chest, that looks shiny. The brothers have a VERY IMPRESSIVE catalogue of songs! I recommend the following songs: Staying Alive kzbin.info/www/bejne/f5DMq6l3l814rrs For Whom the Bells Toll kzbin.info/www/bejne/gWa7mHSngrGFZ5Y Spirits (Having Flown) kzbin.info/www/bejne/jXnCm2xmm6h8oZY Closer Than Close kzbin.info/www/bejne/o2e7epegeq1_iNU One kzbin.info/www/bejne/gYO4loCdr7R2edE You Win Again kzbin.info/www/bejne/gYu8aqKPiLidfKs Bodyguard kzbin.info/www/bejne/fKmYiap_gKimadE Emotion (written for Samantha Sang) kzbin.info/www/bejne/mJDahY2gpJ6UsM0 (Destiny Child's cover has too much drama. But Barry liked it.) Our Love (Don't Throw It All Away) Andy Gibb kzbin.info/www/bejne/m3mZaWl6rt5kbNk At one time 5 of their songs were in the top 10. Another time, four of the songs that were written by them, for others, were in the top 5. A song that Barry wrote for Andy was #2, but then it went to #1, and the Bee Gees song became #2. They have sold more than 220 million records worldwide (I'm quite sure more by now.) Their name was taken from their mom, Barbara Gates, their manager Biil Gates, and Barry Gibb. The name was not specifically a reference to "Brothers Gibb", despite popular belief.

The Show Starter is Barry Gibb. BeeGees is (Brothers Gibb) All 3 are brothers. The other 2 opposite of each other are fraternal twins. They also have a 4th brother who, at this time; was considered too young to be a part of the BeeGees, but he sang on his own, with songs written by Barry. Great reaction. Love to watch first reactions to this fantastic group. Tremelo is what Barry Gibb is doing there. His falsetto us legendary. And they didn't just sing, they wrote the lyrics, composed the melodies and produced lots of their music. They composed more than 1000 songs. They had 100 top 10 songs, 6 consecutive US chart number 1s, Grammy and Brit awards in bucket loads, and the best selling soundtrack for ages, until Bodyguard knocked it out of first place. Stayin Alive is their signature sound, but they started in the late 50s and kept charting into the 2000s.

I just saw you react to Al Green singing How Can You Mend a Broken Heart. That was actually written by The Bee Gees. They are my absolute favorite group of all time. One of a few fantastic singers, writers and producers. They did it all and for longer than most anyone else. They don’t make a bad song. This rabbit hole is huge. Sit back and enjoy! You can randomly pick songs and they would be great. How Deep is Your Love is their second most successful song. They have hits from the later 60’s-2003. That only stopped because of the death of Maurice (pronounced Morris)he is the other one with a beard. ENJOY!

Both Barry and Robin can match their vibratos together. I've never heard any other singers who can do that. I think that comes from singing together since they were in grade school. This video was taken in the sound studio during the recording session of Too Much Heaven. I recommend you react to Stayin' Alive next. It was the ultimate "Disco" song and was used as the theme song for the John Travolta disco movie Saturday Night Fever in 1977. The Bee Gees surpass Pentatonix as far as quantity and at least match the quality of top notch songs. Almost every song they ever did was written by them. There is a fourth younger brother, Andy, that occasionally sang with them. Barry, the oldest, is the only one alive today. Robin was famous throughout his life for having a dry sense of humor. He despised the liberal Prime Minister Chamberlain because he thought him so stupid. He once said that if Chamberlain was tossed into a barrel full of tits he would come out sucking his thumb!

Just a little back story info on the Bee Gees who were brothers: People also ask How old were the Bee Gees when they first started singing? In 2008, Barry decided to celebrate 2009 as the fiftieth anniversary of the Bee Gees. He must have considered the Bill Gates promotions in 1959 as their professional start. Barry was twelve years old then, and the twins were nine. The B.G.s made their television debut in March 1960. If memory serves they just started singing one day when they were litte. Obviously they kept singing. If your unfamiliar and you like what you just heard I encourage you to listen to more of their songs. They were incredible. I especially love "Stayin Alive theme song from the movie Saturday Night Fever 1977. It was a hit.

No auto tune, 3 vocalists, one mic, pure talent. The Brothers Gibb (the Bee Gees) Wrote over 1000 songs for and included Barbara Streisand, Celine Dion, Dolly Parton, Kenny Roger's and many more. They were unstoppable in the 70s. This song was written in one day, 1 take and ALL proceeds went to UNICEF children's charity. OVER 20 million dollars and is still collecting royalties. Their careers span 50 plus years. Sadly Barry is the only survivor (center) Maurice ( pronounced Morris), Robin and another Brother, Andy, have all passed. Barry has been married for 54 years to his wife. All 4 were humble and grateful. Thank you for reacting❤❤

Having grown up loving the brothers Gibb, aka the Bee Gees, since I was a very young boy, I find these videos quite funny, but also very cool. It's great to see younger generations discovering this fantastic grouo and falling in love with their music. Songs like this one, and others like Tragedy, How Deep is Your Love, You Win Again, Alone, More than a Woman, Words and so many more will always bring a smile to my face.

Love The Bee Gees!! I was raised listening to them. Barry is in the middle and he’s the oldest. Robin is on the left and his twin Maurice is on the right.
