This is absolutely my favorite song by Blake Shelton. When I was a little girl I had a Redbone (Ol'Red) & he was the best hunting dog ever. And the prison farm he talks about in this song (it's closed down now) is only about 30 minutes from where I live

If you like songs that have videos that are more like movies like this one, you would like Travis Tritt ‘tell me I was dreaming’ and ‘anymore’. They go together and the two of them tell a story of this man in this woman. But they will make you cry just a warning! They are a perfect example of a really good country song where the song is like the soundtrack to a movie and the video is the movie. Love your reactions! I mostly watch the BTS reactions but I’m from Nebraska so big into country music too. ( And I’m also a metal head!!!). Keep up the awesome content!!

I had not heard this song. I have heard some of Blake's other songs. I like songs that tell a story, and country ones, like Ol' Red, have some humorous ones. I have a recommendation of a duo from 12 years ago; The Civil Wars is American folk. Barton Hollow, 20 years, and Poison and Wine are probably my favorites. Any of their songs are great, even their cover of Billie Jean. 💜

This is a prison farm & they used dogs to hunt escapees. This was released in 1990 when Blake was young. Check out 'God's Country', a more recent hit. He also has a couple great, big fun duets with Trace Adkins. 'Hillbilly bone' from several years ago & 'Hell tight' a more recent tune. He has lots of great music. I love 'Home' & 'The baby' (which will make you cry. LOL). He married Gwen Stefani from 'No Doubt' & they have a couple amazing duets as well. 'Nobody but you' & Happy anywhere'. I'm not sure if you'll see this but you need to react to Kenny Chesney's song flora-bama. It's about a historical bar sitting literally on the border of Florida and Alabama.
