I can be wrong, but as I remember Save me and I'm fine are reverse (turned over) of each other in music. When these songs perfoming together in one time it's amaizing! Also lettering "Save me" in MV is turning over "I'm fine". Please watch it together just for yourself for example on M Countdown. Thank you for you reaction!!! if you pay attention you will notice that during the WHOLE choreography, they hold each other up. this part of the lyrics "im not lonely, im fine" says everything that the choreography expresses, they're not alone, they have each other, the whole time they are helping each other and getting up... I remember when I saw it for the first time, I couldn't hold back the tears.

I think their choreography on this small stage surprised everybody. But you know BTS- the ultimate professionals. I love this live performance so much. It feels so personal, with them being in this small space, instead of sprawling out over a huge stage.

This song and Spring Day were the first 2 songs I heard. I just had to learn all the words to sing along (except Suga's part, couldn't do it no matter how many times I tried 😂). Love this live performance on Jimmy Fallon too. Thanks Bryan 💜

"My therapy". That is exactly how I feel regarding BTS's music. If I've had a bad day I come home and either put on BTS music, or their videos (usually Run BTS or their Bon Voyage series). It's my happy place and always makes my day better instantly. Seeing them happy somehow makes me happy.

Being Fine has so many layers. You feel fine on the upper surface - and still feel the chaos within you that you can burst anytime - then again if you look clearly you might be fine on the inner surface too that might be stopping you from bursting n everything.... And these layers go on, creating 2 different illusions. In one, you are fine... In another, you are not! Btw this song is a reply to their song "Save me" in reverse order.... You can check that out on google... Armys have color coded pictures of lyrics of both the songs side by side ❤ I'm sometimes so blown away by BTS Lyrical game 😂 making them my absolute favourite 💜

Perfect timing, Bryan. Like so many of BTS's songs, I understood "I'm Fine" differently after seeing the live performance and choreography. The tempo is tense, like a forced smile. And V's tone and body language at the end suggest that he's not really fine, but, as we all do, he's repeating the phrase to convince others and himself that he's hunky-dory. Anyway, that's how I hear the song, and that pretty much sums up my mood with Hobi leaving. I'll celebrate "life going on" with the other members' various activities and solo projects because I'm genuinely happy for them, but...I'm not really feeling just fine with it right now. 💜

"Save me" and "I'm Fine" go together ....the way they write save me becomes I'm fine when turned upside down......and the Music for" I'm fine" is the music from save me backwards..I think they show that on Jimmy Fallon performance...they did both songs

One of my favourite (and can I say underrated) songs in the bangtan discography, and one of my favourite opening choreo. Like others say it’s a sister song to save me, and musically very cleverly reverse to save me and namjoon’s verse too Yeah bangtan gives a voice to many of our feelings

Honestly the connection between Save Me and I’m Fine is pretty beautiful (+Fake Love). I’m Fine is literally reversed (production wise) from Save Me. For example: If the beat for save me was AABBCCCA then the beat for I’m Fine is ACCCBBAA (this isn’t the correct beat but just and example or way to understand what you mean). Same goes for when who is singing in the order too… Save Me is like the inner battle but I’m Fine is like when you tell people that ask you if you are doing okay and you say I’m Fine when you are not…(this is one of many interpretations) Pretty cool!! Edit: I Highly recommend watching the live performances when they do Save Me and I’m Fine back to back. I will put my favorite links below this comment.

I really loved this reaction Bryan, one of my favourites from you, I really enjoyed seeing you enjoy the song, its lyrics snd their performances. And I also love I'm Fine, it's such a good song!! It's impossible not to bop along to it. And yes they released the song Save Me first (2016) then I'm Fine came later (2018). 😁 Both songs are amazing and its really genius how the songs connect. The written song titles how Bighit often display them is an ambigram. - 'Save me' is written in such a way that it reads as 'I'm Fine' when you flip the words upside down - (I don't think Bighit created the design though, but such a genius idea they chose to use it). 🧐 Then if that wasn't genius enough, the Intro part to I'm Fine has the same notes from Save Me played backwards. And as you'll see linked on doolset the lyrics have opposite meanings and are in reverse order - which is apparently called a chiastic structure. The choreography is also really interesting to compare. So I'm Fine is an answer to Save Me on multiple levels. Also not sure if you'll remember but if you give it another watch you'll see the ambigram words save me and im fine in the Fake Love MV in a scene when V is on-screen. 🤯 They have often performed the songs back to back which is always a really cool way to see them performed live. Especially as they display the text as the ambigram on a screen which gets flipped when I'm Fine starts. Unlike Im Fine, Save Me has an MV. It is a really cool one shot MV and one of my favourites. Now that you've heard I'm Fine you'll have to do Save Me, so you can see a live performance of them back to back. After watching the MV I would reccommend watching the behind the scenes video of the MV on BangtanTV, they did such a good job making it. It was shot in the wind and rain which suits the song but it was such a miserable day. As always so interesting to see their persistence and dedication. Also once you hear Save Me you will have heard every song they sang in their Tiny Desk performance (Dynamite, Save Me and Spring Day) so it would be a great time for you to give it a watch if you havnt already 💜

Thanks, Bryan, for the patreon view. Love the Jimmy F performance while they are wearing their "Idol" suits, which give off a chaotic look anyway and that's kinda how this song is. My opinion is: the song seems to get more frantic as it goes along, and that they are saying that they are just fine, but that they really aren't. Fortunately they have each other to help them up so they can keep going. But most people seem to think that they are really saying that they are just fine. I would prefer that, but I just can't shake the vibes I get from it. I do hope you can get the inspiration you need from this song. Thanks again.
