Craig is INCREDIBLE. Take the time and find him live and you’ll LOVE HIM LIVE. The first song I heard Craig sing was Paradise. Great story about his time in the Army. Amazing vocals, Tough is tough but amazing. God, Family, Country. International Harvester, That’s What I Love About Sunday, Red Neck Yacht Club… I could really list every song he’s ever sung. HE. IS. INCREDIBLE. Every single time I hear The Father, My Son, and Holy Ghost. My eyes leak every time. Your reviews are very appreciated as I love lyrics, steel guitars, fiddles, guitars, percussion, piano. I could listen to country music all day long happily. ❤️

I can’t listen to this song and not cry my heart out! It’s so beautiful and sad! 8:13

The way that the music compliments the phrasing of the lyrics, it almost sounds like a conversation between Craig Morgan and music.

Enjoyed the reaction video and I think all the people hearing the remastered version are now appreciating what I first heard over 20 years ago. Almost home truly is one of the greatest songs to have ever told a story and Craig Morgan does great at telling many.

Craig Morgan Greer was born in Kingston Springs, Tennessee, on July 17, 1964. He became an emergency medical technician at age 18. He served on active duty for nine and a half years in the US Army as a member of the 101st and 82nd Airborne Divisions and remained in the reserves for another six and a half years. When he returned home he eventually got a job singing demos which led to releasing his own album in 2000.

This song was about a homeless man who was dreaming of home or was on his way home to heaven. Craig Morhan is a phenomenal writer! This song shows the homeless population in a beautiful, relatable way with such dignity and resilience. Thank you for this lovely song!

This song kills me every time I hear it... That old man just wanted to be allowed to dream as he froze to death... He KNEW he was going to die if left alone and that was what he wanted.

Give his song, "This ain't nothing" a listen. A storyteller through and through. If you haven't heard his song about his son's death, try "The Father, My Son and the Holy Ghost".

Just love your channel and openness to all types of music - this from a young at heart hippie rock chick in her 60's. Lol Please check out his song, This Ain't Nothing and a sad, but true tale of his son's accidental death in a rafting tragedy. He is a great songwriter and singer!

If you like this one, listened to his song The Father, My Son, and The Holy Ghost performance on the Grand Ole Opry. It's a song about his son's passing and it will bring you to tears.

absolutely a true story. Lord knows I ran from some honey bees. Walking down a dirt road is true too. However, never jumped in a creek. Would of gotten my hide turned red

Look ......analyze the song......that's what you do. But....shut up....stop interrupting every 10 seconds.....at least let a full 30 seconds of the story be told. Craig Morgan takes you on an emotional journey with EVERY song he sings. Don't be afraid to cry. But, damn......shut up long enough to experience the story. 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

Just make music without the electronic help. That’s one reason why we’re listening to his song instead of yours. Raw vocal talent is hard to come by.

Are you supposed to be some kind of expert? You will never get country music unless you lived it, I did enjoy the reaction though.
