I was in Perth, W.A. on July 4th, 1989 while onboard the USS Ranger. I saw Deacon Blue in concert that night. I had never heard of them, but they made an impact on me. A very fun band to watch and the music is outstanding! Ultimately, I bought two CD's and I listen to them to this day!

I've never seen anyone react to Deacon Blue, that was a great live rendition. I remember I always enjoyed the band, then when i saw then live in a little club in Boston I was blown away. Their live performance is really where to see them.

I always think nobody loves being in a band as much as Lorraine McIntosh :) In the videos I've seen, she always looks happy, always energetic, very much "hey, I'm in a band!" I'd also recommend the live version of Orphans.
