@@dalefleming6427 I definitely noticed but at the time my head was still wrapped around everything going on. and when i finally had the chance to speak i couldn't say everything that was on my mind which happens alot to me which i hate. in the past i never had to worry about leaving things out or forgetting certain moments i wanted to speak on because i felt i was able to stop the song more freely and say what i wanted at that moment so i was able to get through the video more satisfied. but unfortunately with too many complaints about me stopping the songs i have learned to restrain my comments and since i think about so many things while songs is going when i do talk i end up not mentioning everything i was thinking at the time and when i edit the videos i be sad because some of the commentary i would have wanted to say i think would of been good but with so many thing on my mind i forget about details even sometimes the important ones. sorry for the disappointment trust me i feel it all the time so i understand you feeling that way.

@@mixy5179 -I have seen them live numerous times and i will say Rick is a better drummer with one arm than he was when he had two. Back before the crash he was just a rock drummer, not bad but also nothing special when you compared him to other drummers out there at that time. With him relearning how to play the drums in a totally different way it opened up his playing style and now compliments the music so much more. I do not think this album would have been the success it was if Rick didn't have his accident, his new style helped the music breath instead of over powering it like a lot of drummers do. It was a tragedy for him to lose his arm but for the group and their music it was the best thing that ever happened to them.

LMAO! @5:20 your face is priceless! Yes that drummer only has one arm, lol... it was one of the greatest comebacks of the 80’s. After loosing his arm in an automobile accident the drummer retrained himself on how to play the drums using only his right arm, that together with a drum kit specifically designed with foot pedals that he used to play the part he’d normally use his left arm to for... and the band play’s on to this day amazing packed stadiums across the country/world. The song... well that’s one of their greatest hits and (in a useless trivia moment) it’s a top choice among strippers due to the songs content and “bump-n-grind” beat! LoL! You want more eye popping videos you should check out more “hair bands” of the 80’s-90’s like Motley Crue and “Girls Girls Girls!” Definitely some moments with that band... their antics are legendary! Rick lost his arm in a car accident New Year’s Eve 1983 and instead of the band looking for a new drummer coming off one of the biggest albums pyromania Rick said I can play the part with my arm with my foot and they created a whole new drum kit for him this is one of those bands that has never broken up has always stuck together and then one of my favorite bands and they’ve gone through a lot

Unfortunately, concerts like that are a thing of the past. Imagine standing on the stage as they were, looking out over all those faces, PEOPLE, something to _connect_ with. Nowadays, from the stage, all they see when they look out are cell phones, _nothing_ to connect to. That's part of why music has changed so much. That and loads of other things.

In the early to mid 90s, we had this stuff called Gorilla Snot. It was geared toward drummers for that same reason. One of the music store guys told me I could put it on my guitar neck as well. My first thought was, "WTF? Why would anyone put that on a guitar?" I politely declined.

Rick Allen doesn't get enough credit as a drummer - losing an arm and then supplementing his playing with at least 8 foot-pedals .. I can tell you its no easy feat..Joe Elliott himself says Rick actually became a better and technically proficient drummer one-handed .

Back in 2005 when Hurricane Katrina hit the bass player Rick Savage auctioned off his powder blue leather jacket from the 1988/89 MTV Awards, I won it for $1000.00 USD ! Kept it all this time away in my closet!! Loved Def Leppard since 1979!! Of course Rick Savage has been my favorite, met the guys 12 times!! ❤❤ Of course seen them 28 times through the years!! ❤🤘
