The track behind the "rap track" you're referring to is called an "Ad lib" track. It's where the rapper or hype point man goes over the track and inserts all the filler bits - screams, two word injections, etc. - on the track to round it out.

REST IN POWER DMX ! This was part of HIS personality .... Duality and Struggle with growth and acceptance was a theme in his life. Put your dick in the Dirt ... is realizing that your chances are slim to none, When your efforts leave you beaten and it sinks in. DMX was a loner and Robbed people because he was institutionalized. He spent a few years in facilities as an adult and as a child . He was a poet and allowed the anger and frustration out in the ink. His default was Criminal Structure , like he was a BLACK MAFIA BOSS. Looking directly in his eyes is looked as a sign of disrespect because you are not portraying a public submission that he requires to feel comfortable This is a personal that is emotionally compromised and required constant validation . His catalogue was diverse. He spoke to Devils and angels. Talked to God a lot. Spoke about politics and structure that helps new people operate in the safest places when in the dangerous areas. WHO WE BE is my favorite DMX song very insightful .... LORD GIVE ME A SIGN and he was on a song with L L Cool J 345

Why’s it that the most, “gentrified” close minded populations within the most un-diverse states, cities, and or neighborhoods push the most politically correct policies for people who aren’t in those neighborhoods? Is it for them to make themselves, “feel” as if they’re “understanding” a group of people or simply to, “feel” as if they’re part of that “group” of people? As someone who grew up in a diverse neighborhood, and opposes political correctness. I can assure you that this shit looks, sounds, and is straight disrespectful. I know from close friends. Them, they friends and they fam is disgusted by the bigotry, and best believe me that when I say they know that ya’ll tryna play them, THEY KNOW. Frfr.
