Solid review of a great song, thanks. I really enjoy all of the Duvall era music… it’s same AIC but different. Stays true to Layne’s incredible legacy whilst not trying to repeat the past. Gotta give credit to the one and only Jerry Cantrell, the band’s soul in my humble opinion. Other favourites of mind from the last three albums are All Secrets Known, Acid Bubble, Lesson Learned, Black Gives Way to Blue, Stone, Hollow, Choke, Deaf Ears Blind Eyes and All I Am. 🤘

Awesome to hear you guys analyzing the chord structure of the song. I always felt there was a key change from the chorus back into the verse (and at other points) but I don't know the specifics. The ending is reeeeally satisfying as well I agree. This is one of my favorite AIC songs with the best guitar licks that Jerry ever did
