@@orange222... Basically Fleetwood Mac as well. I truly believe the difference maker for a very successful group is to have more than one song writer and more than one lead vocalist. That's to say that groups like Rolling Stones, Queen, Journey, and yet all are bad. However, when compared to the Beatles, Eagles, Bee Gees, Earth Wind and Fire, Chicago, Fleetwood Mac and the like, it's night and day. Especially when those groups have high, medium and low range lead singers, there's virtually nothing they can't perform.

One of their songs that comes to mind is "Take It to the Limit". Please do the 1977 live version with the late Randy Meisner. He sings lead and it is a tour de force performance by and the band, just amazing!

Thanks for the lovely trip down memory lane! Would definitely come along for other Eagles reactions 😉. Fun fact: Every member of the group was not only an accomplished musician (and they were magic together), but they were also excellent lead singers in their own right, and thus took turns singing on different tracks (rumour has it that their rule of thumb was, 'if you write it, you sing it'). With that in mind, may I make some suggestions for future reactions-- "Take it to the Limit", "Life in the Fast Lane", "Peaceful Easy Feeling", "One of These Nights," "Lying Eyes", "Heartache Tonight", "Witchy Woman" ,"New Kid in Town" and "Dirty Laundry".

Nice groove and bass line, Timothy's voice (I am a big fan of Randy's as well) and then Glenn on the guitar, it's one of those that I just don't want to end. Glenn was actually my favorite member, had a great solo career as well, but listening to him play on this track, I believe one of the members stated it was like Glenn making love to the guitar, so much feeling and emotion in the playing.
