Context is very important. The media was trying to cancel him before this song even came out, this is the first song in the MMLP because he wanted to test the world with what is and isn’t allowed to be said. He admits that’s it’s an exaggeration on bashing women, but at the end of the song he said he was just joking. Indicating that all words are permissible as long as it’s a joke.

When Em's first album blew up, there were a LOT of upset people. Eminem was accused of being homophobic, misogynistic, and of promoting violence to the point where he was getting blamed by politicians for Columbine, because the shooters were fans (Marilyn Manson got this treatment even worse, but Em also got mentioned in major speeches at the time). His response was this album, which is wilder and angrier than anyone could have imagined. This is the first song on that album.

Research a little about him. This album was his response to everyone saying he was to violent and crude with his lyrics. Dre told him to do whatever he wants. He's not talking about anyone in particular, but he's talking about the industry and the media trying to shut him down at the time. It's literally all big one sarcastic joke to him at this point

Really the only direct shot he took was at Howard Stern the 'radio show' he mentioned. Crowds of women and girls scream sing this at his concerts 😂 it's crazy. He is a funny guy. But yeah he was angry then, genuinely. His problems with his family and the government had him against a wall. The Way I Am, Cleaning Out My Closet and Kim are all good examples. Kim especially isn't for the squeamish just fyi. Kim is his ex wife. Brilliant song but not nice.
