EXO's fandom name is "EXO-L" I personally love how meaningful this name is. The letter "L" here, has quite a lot of meanings. The most obvious one is that it stands for Love. What some people dont know about the fandom name, especially non fans, is that the letter "L" comes in between the letters "K" and "M" in the english alphabet. As you know, when exo first debuted, they were split into two subgroups called Exo-K and Exo-M. This means Exo-L always exists between Exo-K and Exo-M. (So it's Exo-K + Exo-L + Exo-M = One) Another speciality of the letter "L" is that it is the 12th letter of the English alphabet. And do you know how many members Exo debuted with? That's right. TWELVE. Isn't it the sweetest thing? I love how at first glance, our fandom name appears to be so very simple, but once you look deeper, you can see how much thought has been put when making it. Exo-l is the name of the fandom here hh, this whole album was a gift to the fans since exo is still enlisting to the military and when they have six of the members together they can do a comeback, so it was after two of the members came back from the military (xiumin and d.o), and before two other members enlisted to the military (chanyeol and baekhyun) so they had a chance to make a comeback together just for us the fans. A fact about this song the member with the red shirt (lay) was actually filming his parts in china in a studio since it was while COVID-19 and his edits there are so good that you don't feel it was an edit. About exo cbx- this is a sub unit that have only three of the members (chen, baekhyun and xiumin) and they were promoting them for some time so they got some albums that you should check out. DFTF is one of my favourite songs of last year! Its such a feel good song and they did this mini album for the fans only because two members came back from the military and two were leaving just right after they filmed the MV. They are not going to be complete again until 2026 :( But they released this mini album last year to prove that they are still one of the biggest kpop groups

EXO-L is the fandom’s name! L as in Love 🥰 this is a special album for the fans that was released last June 2021. As you can see, there are only 7 members in this MV because the other two were doing their mandatory military service. Currently 4 have finished their service, 2 are in enlisting, and only the 2 maknaes are yet to enlist. The oldest is born in 1990 & the youngest in 1994. Their visuals are amazing that they all look very young 🤭 they debuted in 2012! And btw, you should react to their debut song "MAMA" for a whoooole different vibe 🤣

EXO is considered the "Nation's Pick". Their song "Growl" is considered the unofficial anthem for South Korea. I'm Korean. It's not an exaggeration to say that all of Korea knew the song and even the choreo. It's the song that launched them into superstars. EXO even performed "Growl" at the Closing Ceremony of the 2018 Winter Olympics. There's been a running joke in Korea that if you don't know "Growl", you must be a North Korean spy. The "Growl" MV was a one-take video and re-introduced the k-pop world to high school uniforms again. One of the Main Vocals, Chen, just got discharged from his military service this week. With Chen's discharge, a total of 4 members are finished with their mandatory service. Two members Baekhyun and Chanyeol (Main Vocal and Main rapper) are currently serving in the military right now. That means EXO has only the two youngest members to finally enlist and serve. Personally I wish the two youngest, Kai and Sehun, would enter earlier than necessary and go in together so EXO can have all the members back ASAP. An introduction to EXO is a MUST! These multi-talented group has been around for sometime, but man, they continue to amaze! It's may sound incredulous, but the eldest is 32, and the youngest is 28, It's insane how they've maintained that youthful glow! EXO's discography is the among the best, if not the very best in all of K-Pop! Their title tracks are just the tip of the iceberg. The huge goldmine lies in their b-tracks. While their studio albums are excellent, their live stages are totally on a stratospheric level! Prepared to be blown away! South Korea has mandatory military service, so being a fan of Kpop boy groups means watching them all leave to enlist at one point or another. The military aesthetic of this song is appropriate because it was the first song after two members (D.O. and Xiumin) returned from the army and the last song before two more (Chanyeol and Baekhyun) went in. Two more members, Suho and Chen, were actively enlisted at the time of this recording, so they're not in this video - Suho came back earlier this year and Chen was just released a few days ago! The last two, Kai and Sehun, are the babies of the group and probably will be enlisting in the next year-ish, so it will be at least 2-3 more years before the 8 active Korean members can perform all together again. The first time I saw this video, I SCREAMED at 4:22 when Lay appeared on the screen. As the last remaining Chinese member of EXO, Lay hasn't been able to appear in a Korean-language music video with his group since I think 2016 (Monster/Lotto), and he hasn't really been able to participate at all since Tempo in 2018 (i think?) due to political tensions between China and South Korea. It was SO GOOD to see him up there with his bandmates again, even if he had to be green-screened in. The fact that politics gets in the way of Lay performing with the group he loves really sucks, but he's gone out of his way to state that he is still a member of EXO regardless of other factors. Lay has a successful solo career in the meantime - check out "Lay Zhang - Namanana" for a little taste of what he's been doing while he's been away from his boys.

And yes EXO unskip-able because when you saw and heard their songs and MV's it will always blow your mind away..that's the greatest of EXO and I can only in love with them no other kpop group can change it in my heart. In EXO's "Don't Fight the Feeling" they used green screen during a lot of the MV because Lay -- the one with the red shirt -- was unable to be in Korea to shoot the MV, so he shot all his parts separate in his studio in China and they inserted them into the MV. This MV was released in June 2021 -- during the pandemic -- and it was shot right before Baekhyun and Chanyeol enlisted in the military. This mini album was a special project they did for EXO-Ls (EXO fans) because Xiumin and D.O. had just been discharged -- which is one reason why they have a prominent role in the MV -- and Chanyeol and Baekhyun were about to enlist. (Suho and Chen had already enlisted before this MV was planned, so they were the only members who did not participate.) So there were only 7 members of the 9 member group in this MV. EXO won't be all back together for a comeback again until 2024-25. The members of EXO currently are 28-32 years old. "Don't Fight the Feeling" is a milestone for fans because this is the first time we have seen Lay back together with EXO since 2016, because of all the political issues between Korea and China. As you see in the MV, EXO are literally from EXO Planet. As you are starting to discover, the group's whole concept since their debut in 2012 is that they are aliens who have come from Planet Exo on a mission to protect the Tree of LIfe from the Red Force and to stop the Red Force from inflicting their evil agenda on humanity. Exo, as in exoskeleton, means "outer," so as a member of EXO they are outside the ordinary.The group's concept comes from the real term exoplanet, which is a term that is used for a planet that is outside our solar system, so their name was chosen to represent the fact that they are stars that are "out of this world" when it comes to their talents. SM Entertainment has all of EXO's release dates and concepts planned out for years in advance, and it is all designed to be another chapter in EXO's story. "Don't Fight the Feeling" is also connected to EXO's and SuperM's storyline and it's all part of SM's Universe. If you follow the storylines of all of SM's groups you will see connections can be made with "Don't Fight the Feeling" to EXO's story, as well as several of SM's other groups' MVs. For example, the flag you see in this MV should remind you of the flags you see as the logo during EXO's "Obsession" comeback, as well as the flags you will see if you watch EXO's live concert performance of their song "El Dorado", and the scene with Sehun on the motorcycle should remind you of the scenes with him on the motorcycle when you watch EXO's "Tempo" and "Lightsaber" MVs, etc. The meteors and the explosions, etc. are all part of SM's Universe storyline, as well. You see the planet burning at the end of EXO's "Obsession" MV and you will see everything on fire when you watch Lay's solo "Sheep" Alan Walker Relift version MV. There are also meteor showers happening in several of EXO's concert VCR and MV teaser concept videos, etc. And I think it's even connected to the meteor shower you see happening in WayV's "Moonwalk" MV, etc. And I think the blue drink we see Kai drinking has something to do with the blue drink we see EXO drinking in their "Ko Ko Bop" MV. This storyline has been going on for more than 10 years, so it's really complex and hard to follow unless you really dive in deep and pay attention to even the most minute of details in all of the MVs, teaser videos, concert performances, concert VCRs, members' solo content and sub-unit work, etc. from EXO, as well as a large majority of all of SM's other groups' content. Fun fact: If you notice, they use red, white and blue all over in this MV, which are South Korea's colors. Plus, red and blue are all part of EXO's storyline. As mentioned before, with everything EXO does, red represents the Red Force and blue is thought to represent EXO. So when you see the red light this is where the Red Force is thought to have control and when you see blue, this is thought to be where EXO has the upper hand. When you see purple -- red and blue mixed together make purple -- or both red and blue together in the same scene, this is often where the lines are blurred and the Red Force and EXO are fighting for control or battling each other for power. Therefore, because we see EXO in blue and black when they are part of the crew of the ship -- similar to the outfits we saw in their "Obsession" MV -- this is most likely an indication that this is EXO. However, when we see them in the group "party scene" this could possibly be X-EXO, EXO's alter ego clones created by the Red Force. We see Lay in red and other members with red accents, so they might be under the Red Forces' control. So I would totally love to see you do the intro guide and individual guides of the members. Also, they debuted in 2012. Members range from 26 to 31. EXO-L's are us...the EXO Fans. I really agree with you that ALL their songs are different, EVERY SONG. Not just their title tracks. They are super talented, best vocals, best rap line, best dance line. Wait until you find out just all they do. 2 members are in super group SUPERM, 6 of the 9 members have solo albums under their belt, EXO has 8 albums plus winter albums and japanese albums. There are 2 sub units, EXO-CBX and EXO-SC. They Sing cover songs. They have SM Stations. They sing OST's. There is just so much, plus their acting dramas and movies. The Rabbit Hole is DEEP.
