What memories does this song bring up with you? Journey's Faithfully is such an iconic song and was part of the soundtrack of our lives. Every school dance, every high school party or just cruising with friends had this song play a large part of our collective memory. Alexis only knows one song from Journey and no surprise, it's Don't Stop Believin. As I say in the video, it's awesome and depressing that she hasn't heard it before. This was a very fun to do and there are many more to come from Journey.

@@jeffstarkey7726 Freddie was a different kind of singer. He was very theatrical and by no means am I disregarding him. My above comment stands on the talent of Steve alone. Steve had his own bus. He and his girlfriend Sherrie shared that bus. She’s the girl he’s singing to on the song “ Oh Sherrie” from his 1984 solo album Street Talk. Journey band members weren’t exactly happy with the special treatment Steve received, but he was the guy that brought the band so much success. He really wasn’t even the guy that owned the band. Lead guitarist Neal Schon was one of the 2 original members that started the band. Gregg Rolie was the other one, but left the band after they released the album Departure. He was originally the lead vocalist, but the band’s first 3 albums tanked in sales. The record company told the band’s manager that if their 4th album was another flop that they were going to release them from their contract. They hired Steve Perry, even though Schon and Rolie didn’t like his singing style, to be the new lead vocalist. Rolie and Perry did do some co- lead vocalist songs, but Rolie had grown tired of touring and wanted to do his thing. At the suggestion of his replacement, he recommended Jonathan Cain become his replacement. Cain has written and co written Journey’s biggest hits.

Burrrch (that's our "Norm" voice from the show Cheers everytime you upload) ... how does it feel to have your own bar on KZbin now? lol. I want a petition from all subs that when we get an upload, They must type "Burrrch" first before commenting ........ as sub #426 (and yes, i keep track) :P , hoping that EVH Eruption solo from Live Without a Net hits soon. That is all ^^. Much love brother

I just commented on someone's post that same exact thing. 8th grade and wishing the song would never end.
