My favorite song on the album. Robs voice is just so unique in this. Such passion in his voice. The chorus gives me goosebumps. Epic closer to the album.

I love the album, but I could never pick out one song from it. It just flows from one song to the next for an hour and 43 minutes. The piano at the end was a callback to the start of the album.

As a French, the ending of this song is so powerful, I love that they put french lyrics. This whole album is a beautiful tribute to Nostradamus anyway. Those two lines are thrilling: Le patrimoine que j'ai laissé (The heritage I left behind) L'avenir de 'lhumanité (The future of mankind) Amazing album. Underrated!

as a life long priest fan I lost track of them after Rob left and didn't care for what Ripper was bringing. I think this was Robs first album back and KK's last with them. I have never heard a single track from this album until now and this song was really good. I guess I need to listen to more of it now.

Thanks for doing this review. Nostradamus is the album by Priest that I like the least, besides Rocka Rolla and the Ripper Owens albums. This song sounds more like a Dio song than a song by Priest. I love Dio, but for me Priest is a more energetic band than what is offered to us here. It's too slow and doesn't sound like Priest. What I do like is Robs voice. He really belts out and he has strengthened his lower registers. I would go as far as to say that he in that aspect is a better songer now than he was in the 70s and 80's (although the high notes he reached on Sad Wings of Destiny are untouchable).

There is one guy who played this track as a play along. It sucked. However this guy was the GREATEST because he was the ONLY ONE, so far I've seen, to actually play thru! And wasn't that bad at a live play thru. Look up the cover of this track. Guy is cool on an SG

I think Nostradamus is among the best offerings from Judas Priest. This song, however, is not one that I even remembered. I think it's actually pretty weak and lazy. Just my opinion. I love this channel, you guys rock!

@@RiGrêmioNetoo I'm a JP fan, so I say most of the discography is very, very good. There are misses, of course, but also epic songs. I think you've misunderstanding me or just judging unfavorably due to your own bias.

God, this album was a plodding bore. Maybe twenty minutes of good music in a two-hour mid-tempo slog.
