The opening lyric “ink fills the page” is an acronym for Ice Nine Kills and Psychos is the name of INK’s fan group. The whole album is a whole innuendo. If you watch the music video for funeral derangements the truck driver that ran over gage in the original Pet Semetary movie is the guy that runs over Gage in the music video

You should check out the video for this song, when he says 'how's this for an establishing shot?' he's just dropped the bundle of roses he was carrying to reveal a machinegun inside it and those dramatic beats are him and the band going absolutely nuts on everyone else at the premiere
