3:35 You are exactly right with American radio stations not really being keen on playing anything out of the ordinary (although there is an all English version). Jimin earned the number one spot through SALES AND STREAMS ALONE! which is insane considering that all of the other songs in the top10 charted that high cause they get tons of radio spins daily. Jimin did not have that advantage yet he set that record, very proud of him. And billboard changed their counting rules for the second week which shows they’re really not to keen on letting a non American man succeed :)

Yes! It’s disgusting what they (American BB) did to him after hitting #1! But we can see how he has been breaking records all over the world. We all know what a feat that was for Jimin, who shocked and scared American BB and the labels who pay for play! And we all know that had they not manipulated the chart (cheated) and had he got more air play, he would have stayed right up there in the top 3 for some time and the top 10 even longer. They are despicable and so are the greedy, egotistical American artists who know damn well that was wrong and never called it out!!! Still, it’s exciting to see the ripple effect of word getting out there because there are still people who are reacting to Jimin’s music because they’ve heard of his album; and many of them are first-timers to anything BTS AND KPop. That is the gift Jimin has given to us but more importantly to opening the ears of non-KPop fans and attracting them to who BTS is! Amazing!!! I love this man! 💜🐥👑👼🏻🔥

Guys the whole face album is amazing. If you listen in a chronological order. Jimin has actually put down all his feelings and things he faced during pandemic. All his songs are masterpiece and you really need to watch set me free pt 2 which is actually a pre release but the last song on face album. It's like after all the struggle, face off, bein lonely, going crazy he set himself free. And all the songs in his album are actually sad even this one but it's sugar coated to make the audience feel good. Set me free pt2 is another masterpiece. You can hear like 3 layers of voices where one voice is discouragin him and always says no , then another layer of vocal which is standard at times and negative at times and then his actual voice which tries to set himself free. And hes surrounded in circles all the time where he's not able to come out. In the end he comes out and that the Park Jimin you'll see right now. He's free finally. ( In real life )

Jimin has such an angelic voice. All those ad libs and background vocals were sung by Jimin himself. He can do low voices and has different kinds of voices as well. He’s also a good dancer. No one can imitate his dancing, and he is also good enough to be a professional contemporary dancer. He is the finest dancer of at least in this generation.

Billboard changed theor rules quietly to stop Jimin from getting #1 for the second week. Racist and xenophobic! It doesnt matter that Jimin has LOTSSSS of American fans who has been requesting for his song. Previously they gave excuses such as we only play English songs, but even with Jimin's English song, they wont play. BUSTED. They just want to protect their industry. They also say that their charts want to show the popularity of the song with people, so what are BTS fans then? Zombies? Not real people? BTS fans have been accused of manipulating the charts to chart BTS songs. So for them artists and record labels paying for radio spins and streaming playlisting (PAYOLA) to get to the charts is not manipulation BTS fans buying is. To me fans buying is more organic than Artists paying!

K- Pop is super cool, BTS, Black Pink, etc.! I do see a connection to George Michael and this style of music. The way that they dress, swag/confidence, and precise way of singing all sort of remind me of George Michael. The beat and rhythm of this song is similar to "Careless Whisper", only about 1.5 × faster. 😊

BTS don't have a single genre they are based in Hip Hop but they use many different genre's and are not afraid to mix genres. They are the reason I now listen to Rap music as they were the one's who really introduced to me HipHop Rap. btw Kpop is not a genre of music it's a industry. It's a huge misconception in the west that Kpop is a genre when it's not.

I highly highly recommend you watch him perform this live on Jimmy Fallon. It’s the fully english version, which I surprisingly like as much as the original. But the DANCING. The choreography…It’s phenomenal, and he’s singing live. Seriously, just watch it. Also you said BTS is good in their genre but BTS doesn’t have a genre. Their the most diverse artists I’ve ever seen and their discography is just totally diverse in genre. They can really pull of anything they try, and they try pretty much everything. Don’t make the mistake of putting them in any kind of box.
