They played Dust in the Wind every half a hour for my whole tour in Desert Shield/ Storm. I still get anxiety when I hear it. It pisses me off that the US government ruined a classic.

I love that you like music from the 70's!! I am showing my age in telling you I was a teenager and the music was lit!! No auto tune,everyone did their own thing. No one copied each other like they do today!! There is so much more for you to listen to , you have only scratched the surface!!

Agree. I grew up in the 70s when bands actually formed a group traveled in beat up van no money and write their own songs and played own instruments and could really sing. I won’t go to concerts cuz they never compare to the ones years ago.

My absolute favorite song from that era. I'm 46 and a mostly a metal head. But I grew up on this music. And I find myself listening to more and more lately. I don't even bother trying to find metal stations. I just focus on 60s and 70s rock stations.

I always love watching your reactions. Have you thought of doing a "top five" songs...that surprised you, that moved you, most significant to music history, songs that you loved prior to reaching out and learning songs you didn't know...songs that were significant to you before you reached out and found different genres, songs that are your favorite, or least favorite? I don't know. I'd be interested to see how you place the songs you have reacted to. Just a thought.

I just discovered this guy’s channel. He clearly understands music. I’ve watched about five of them. He makes me smile laugh and I feel good inside I must say I think he’s doing something larger than he even knows. This kind of thing brings us all together. He’s relating to music I used to listen to when I was 16 years old in the early 80s. It’s a beautiful thing.

When this came out, I was heading into high school and the only stuff I'd heard was sad am radio and my parent's music. You are reminding me of the joy and wonder I experienced hearing this music for the first time. Felt like freedom. This was my late father's second favorite band. As someone else mentioned, Carry on my Wayward Son is a great song, as is Point of No Return. Thank you, this definitely brought back memories of driving around in his truck with him as a kid, listening to Kansas, Moody Blues, and Journey.

I was up til 5am watching last night... This a.m.!! This makes me so happy! I listen to rap,gotta keep an open mind!! ;) but 70's and 80's I grew up with. Love to see these kids jammin to this great music!!

Progressive Rock in general is fucking incredible. It's wonderful that you can appreciate the different beats and journeys the melody and harmony take to tell the story as much as the lyrics! It's always been my favorite genre.

Have you listened to the Moody Blues?! My favorite is Tuesday Afternoon... Highly recommended!! If you like all the switching it up, a lot of 70's and 80's rock bands did a lot of this...
