Great reaction to Katrina. The more you listen to her the more you will appreciate how gifted she is This Go the Distance Is an older cover. You should check out some of her newer selections. Joy to the World is infectious and a blast, her Latin Medley although 11 minutes is amazing and when you get to the last song Don’t you Worry Bout a Thing it’s mesmerizing. Her Original song Mahal Pa Kita on the WishBus is in Tagalog but you don’t need to understand the words to relate to the power, emotion and supreme vocal talent Katrina brings to this performance. Also if you haven’t heard her cover of One Sweet Day that she performed in a collaboration with a group called Budakel that should be high on your priority list. Katrina carries the Mariah Carey part of the song brilliantly. Her One Take Cover Sessions done in her home studio are filled with small surprises. I think the best is her cover of Momma Knows Best If you wanna hear crazy riffs and runs. Give a few of these a try and you will become a fan I’m sure.

Harrison, Katrina has immense lung power and breath control. she's a vocal beast. we always joke around that she has 4 extra lungs. to-date, she can hold her breath (while singing) for 42 seconds. but there's a video called KATRINA VELARDE:LUNG POWER that's a compilation of her long belts but it doesn't include the 42 yet.
