Such an enchanting composition with poignant lyrics and a mesmerizing melody taking you on an emotional journey of falling in love. Leon's vocals are so rich and give a distinctive delivery of this beautiful tune. The instruments are delightful, the sax, the bass , the xylophone and the drums. One of his prettiest songs. I had purchased concert tickets to see him, but he passed before the concert. What a beautiful voice he had. He owned a recording studio, where Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers recorded some of their music. Leon Russell had so many fans who were also huge musicians.

Mr. Russell contributed so much great music to society, whether he was playing as a studio musician with The Wrecking Crew, or his beautiful solo albums like this one, or as part of other groups like Joe Cocker's Mad Dogs & Englishmen. One of my all time favs is from George Harrison's Concert for Bangladesh, when George announced, "...coupla numbers from Leon..", namely Jumpin' Jack Flash/Youngblood along with his own addition at the end.
