When I was a kid my mom used to listen to her. We kids always made fun of her hair, because she always looked the same 😊 But today as a 53 year old woman I do have to say, that she has really one of the most powerful voices. I bet you find some more songs of her, that will make you speechless.

This was the first song I heard by Mireille Mathieu when I was a kid. My mom had her album "Disques D'Or 2," and this was one of the tracks. When I started to study French in the 8th grade, I was able to pick out the French lyrics and that made me like the song even more. Dereck, I am glad you enjoyed the song, too!
