Just one of the examples of why we say.....we had the greatest music in the 70s! Because we did! The talent was widespread.

I was 15 or 16 when this song came out and it will always be one of my favorite songs of all time!!! The only thing wrong with it is that it wasn't longer!! It was perfectly composed and executed!!! I love playing along to on my drum kit and the guitar solo was incredible but too short!!!

Peter Beckett founder, songwriter/ Lead singer for the band "Player" he also has written songs for many prominent recording artists, his own bands and solo work, and for several films. Beckett joined up with another band "Little River Band" in 1989 and toured with them for over eight years. Then in 1991 Beckett released his first solo album, "Beckett" but eventually he got back with Ron Moss in 1995 and they recorded "Players" fifth album "Lost in Reality" and toured the U.S. This is a song he sang while he was with "Little River Band -Take It Easy On Me (24- bit Digitally Remastered)" This genre of music is considered, Soft rock, pop, Disco music. These bands are also called harmony bands. I'm glad your enjoying them...I think this music is just magical stuff 😂 even if the lyrics are about something sad the instrumentation is just to glorious to feel down. lol 😂 😂

bro, relax, who the F are you yelling at?? it's just u, a mic, and a camera. But i 100% agree with you this song is awesome, this whole genre is Yacht Rock from the 70 and 80's Siriusxm has a whole channel dedicated to this sort of music.

“Baby Come Back” is Player’s only real hit. The rest of their music sounds nothing like this great classic. Everything thing else they have is just average, at best.
@dillonoickle58412 жыл бұрын
its very intresting how some bands can drop a song like this and the rest of their discography is mediocre at best. like how could they make a 9 or 10 out of 10 banger and then not even come close or even capture that vibe again.
