You should react to ego death. It's a song they collaborated with Steve Vai on. Old virtuoso meets new.

Moyun is such an incredibly talented young lady. She's so humble, too. She doesn't believe she is a professional even though she's been playing that instrument for most of her life. Definitely check out her AC/DC Thunderstruck cover when you get a chance.

Tim Henson selected this discontinued Electric Acoustic Ibanez guitar and made it his Signature Guitar. The whole band is an Ibanez band, complete with a matching Meinl Drumkit. This one is unique for their discography. If you want to see the virtuoso's pop off - check out Ego Death featuring the legendary Steve Vai (Also an Ibanez man)

That's really cool that they went that route. That one has been added to the list

Yeah, that nylon string guitar is from Ibanez and was made for Tim Henson after he found an older failed Ibanez model in a store that he bought. I ordered it for my son who plays bass and guitar and it’s crazy good. Very light. Easy to play. Sounds great even with distortion turned on. Ibanez released a few more signature guitars from them but so far they are all 6 string. They even released pickups for Tim Henson with quite a few voices built in. Nice to see a younger band keeping real instruments alive and pushing the boundaries of how to play them.

That's awesome. I've heard of the brand before, but I don't think I've seen a guitar from them. Yeah it really is cool to see someone play this, especially from the next generation of musicians

Hell yeah dude, I love Polyphia and Moyun. Instrument is "Guzheng", which is a Chinese plucked Zither. She has 4 picks on each hand. Other suggestions: Polyphia - Ego Death, ft. the legendary Steve Vai Moyun - AC/DC, Thunderstruck cover Moyun - Hotel California cover. Babymetal - Brand New Day (Live, Legend Metal Galaxy 2020), ft. Tim Hansen and Scott LePage, who contributed the guitar solos 😁 🤘🦊

That's awesome. I've never heard of a zither before. It's a cool instrument. I'll add those to the list as well. Skeptical about Hotel California, though. I hear The Eagles copyright strike their songs
@Ganimal8311 ай бұрын
@@AceofBadeReacts Guzheng is an ancient instrument, going back hundreds of years! That's why it's especially epic to see it playing Polyphia lol. Moyun's Hotel California cover should be no trouble: 1). I've seen plenty of other reactors do it. 2). Moyun uses zero tracks on this cover from the original music (same for AC/DC cover), and produces the sound 100% on her own.

Alright fair enough. I'll add it to the list. I have to imagine that instrument can play some absolute insane songs

you should watch Tim Henson's (guitarist for Polyphia- the one with all of the tattoos in the video) solo playthrough of this. If you have any knowledge of guitar or music in general you will be even more amazed that this band can play this song from start to finish, even without the studio trickery.

I love Polyphia. All virtuosos on their instruments. Yall gotta check out Ego Death with them and Steve Vai and if you like heavier stuff they did a song with a dope band Unprocessed called Die on the Cross of the Martyr
