If you want to hear more Spanish from Freddie, react to Ensueno from the Barcelona album. Also Japanese in La Japonaise from Barcelona. Teo Toreatte is partly in Japonese also From A Day at the Races album. There's also a bit of French in Let Me Entertain You, and in Seaside Rendezvous. They always tried to learn a bit of the language in the countries where they played. Great reaction today!

Beautiful! This was in tribute to all their Latin American fans and culture, just as "Teo Toriatte" (which I highly recommend) was in tribute to their Japanese fans! FANGIRL SCREEEECHING.... Freddie in his tux with tennis shoes! I. LOVE. this performance!! Queen also did a song in Japanese, "Teo Torriate". (I read that: When Fred was working on the lyrics for that song, he actually had the gal who had been their interpreter in Japan... FLOWN OVER on a plane to help him, to be sure he had the lyrics right! 0_0 ) When they were performing in Budapest, Freddie & Brian learned/performed an acoustic Hungarian folk song.... Freddie had the lyrics written on the palm of his hand in pen, SO. ADORABLE. (Which BTW... Did you guys know that Queen was the FIRST Western rock band to perform behind the Iron Curtain? Because of the extra costs involved, Roger said they only expected to break even on the trip.)
