My husband died May 7th, 2021. 3 months later, on August 29th, 2021, everything that I ever worked for was dest❤royed by Hurricane Ida when she hit Louisiana. 11mos after that, on July 12th, 2022, my 30yo daughter died. Starting completely over again at 56yo. I have been in survival mode for the past 2 years. It crushed my heart. If I didn't have my faith, I would've been a total lunatic..Hugs and prayers from New Orleans my friend l. You've got this!💜💛

I’m so sorry you’re going through so much. Everyone’s story is different, yet very similar at times. You never know how you’re gonna act or behave when you lose a loved one. In 2018, my mother passed away and then five months later my daddy passed away. I can tell that you are a strong woman. Sending you hugs and love!

I can’t imagine what you’re going through & I’d be lying if I said I knew how hard it is… I have 5 daughters & my worse nightmare is something ever happening to one of them, it gives me the chills if I even think about it. Please know how unbelievably strong you are because even with my faith, I don’t think I would ever recover from that… I don’t even know if I could ever be the same mother I am now which wouldn’t be the best for my other girls & they deserve the best. I really pray that God will see you through this 🙏🏽 I believe you’re still here for a reason, God still has a purpose for you. I’m so very sorry that you’re going through one devastating thing after another but please remember that it can’t rain forever, the sun will come out again. I wish I could hug you!! ♥️ sending so much love, light & prayers your way… you’re truly amazing & never forget that… you’re still standing when most wouldn’t be… keep your faith & get through one day at a time & try to smile at least a couple times a day. You’re loved ones would never want you to be miserable, they’d wanna see you happy & remember that they are watching over you. I’ll keep you in my prayers 🙏🏽 you’re strength is absolutely amazing & us other women could only hope to have the strength you seem to have 🥰 XoXo 🥰

@rhondabevolo958 I rereading your post from two months ago. My heart breaks for you. After my mother died in March 2018, I heard a song that Willie Nelson wrote that gave “some” peace and understanding. The song was called “Something You Get Through.” Please check it out. It truly was a life changer for me. Five months after my Mama died, my Daddy passed away. The day after he died, I had what I feel was a complete “meltdown.” Things continually got better. I thank my Heavenly Father!!!!

From one MS survivor to another. For people who understand, no explanation is necessary. For people who don’t understand, no explanation as possible. What MS has done for me. It’s showing me, that I’m stronger than I ever thought I could be. Being strong, is the only option you have. I always say…MS is a B!?ch! But, so am I! Sending love and strength your way🧡

Have always loved this song of theirs; wistful but also so incredibly hopeful! Both HIGHLY & STRONGLY recommend if you’ve not already- check out their LIVE version of ‘Changed’. Stunning. Beautiful. A reminder of a promise🙏 (IMO, this is one of those very rare occasions where the official video may detract from the message or simply the listener’s focus). There are takers and givers in this world; you, sir, are a giver. Thank you! Lastly, I want to remind you that simply bc a ship has left the dock does not mean it is gone… It has merely sailed for calmer seas. God Bless❤️🩹 Stay safe & love big💖

I think God tests us daily. Sometimes we rise up to beat the challenge. Other days we try our best and end up battling that challenge for a long time. I find that I've learned from every one of them. It is when we give our burden to God and ask for help that we receive the biggest blessings. I pray everyone has received a blessing today. Sometimes they are hard to spot but they are there. Sometimes, we are someone else's blessing. Rick, Junior, are you listening? You were a blessing to your father. You stepped up and blessed your family by doing the things that were horrible and come through the other side. You don't realize it yet, but you are stronger because you walked through the fire. Your experiences allow your to see, feel, and empathize with others. You are reaching out and embracing others on their good days and those dark days that they need that love. Keep being you. You are important. You are bathed in the love of those you have touched without even knowing it..

I love rascal flatts. When my marriage ended I never let my anger and hurt out about my ex-husband breaking our vows and I didn't talk about how much it hurt me. That was 13 years ago and I haven't moved on yet. When someone you love breaks that trust it's so hard to get it back. 😢

This is one of the songs that got me hooked on this band! It saddened me that they recently disbanded! When they recorded this song, I was at a point in my life that I needed to move on cause as the second verse says, that where I called home ended up where I didn't feel like I belonged because nothing was changing! My folks still loved Me and took care of me, but I just needed something more! All these years later, and I'm still moving on! I pray that God give you peace and love and strength for each day, brother! God bless and keep you in His infinite care!

If I had my motorcycle at the time this song came out I’d packed my bags and I definitely would’ve moved on. But, God had other plans for me. I lived with a narcissist who was the best narcissist ever. But, God’s timing got me through that time and gave me a great pastor and I moved on to greater things!!!!!!
