I love Shanice . I loved her show also with her husband Flex Washington and the son , daughter and nephew, omg it was so good. Shanice is so talented and Flex is such a good comic in his own right. One one was such a good show back in 2001 plus he does stand up . Such a great couple. Shanice is the most very underrated singer out there, because i saw her performing on showtime at the Apollo and i said to myself "WOW!!!", but I think the problem is that, she had the wrong people around her, because if she would've had the right people around her, then she would've been as big as Janet Jackson or Mary j Blidge, but check out Total " kissing you"

There's a song that I enjoy listening to: "This Is It" by Kenny Loggins. Way back in 2006 that song is on a CD I bought, "Outside: From The Redwoods". Shanice is singing on two of the songs. "Love Will Follow" "I Would Do Anything" From what I see, Shanice continues to appear wherever 'Promise for our planet' is present. And this song, "I Love Your Smile"...WOW. Ashley not to be a stickler but when people use bits of other people's songs for their recording it's called sampling and not a remake. Remakes are when you do a cover of a song in its entirety. People got into a whole lot of trouble when they started using samples because they weren't paying the songwriters for use of their music. James Brown and George Clinton were a couple of the first artists to sue for use of their music. This Shanice song comes from an album called Inner Child and while I don't like all of it, it's worth a listen. Here are her other albums: Discovery, (listen to I Bet She's Got a Boyfriend, Just a Game, and The Way You Love Me. - She was 15 when she recorded that album), Inner Child, 21...Ways to Grow (listen to I Wish and I'll Be There), Shanice (listen to You Need A Man, You Can Bounce, Somebody Else, and Yesterday), and Every Woman Dreams (listen to Get Up and Every Woman Dreams) I just gave a couple of selections from each album but I would encourage everyone to listen to all of them and pick your favorites. Shanice has songs from the movies Meteor Man, Boomerang and the soundtrack to Beverly Hills 90120, It's For You, Don't Want to Love You and Saving Forever for You which are worth a listen.
