As I comment, it is now 40 years ago, that I saw Steve Perry with Journey, at the JFK stadium in Philly in 1983, his last stop on his Frontier Tour that year. I was 19, and flipping out to get to see him live in person. 90,000 people filled that stadium built for only 30,000. Steve's vibe, voice and the combined high of everyone's emotions was as hot as it gets! Steve's voice coming out through the speaker system went wildly through the stratosphere man. It was great to be young, and present with Steve at this best time in history! No words can describe what it was to all of us! 🙌❤️🙌 Steve is #1

Okay, first of all you made a mistake of not watching the official video of this song because it's 4 minutes and 47 seconds long. The one you watched was just like 2 1/2 minutes long so if you go back and watch "You Better Wait" and it says 1994 music video but like I said it's four minutes and 47 seconds long and you will hear at the end, when you think that they cut off the lead guitar rip, there are two more after that that you have to hear so this needs to be a do over guys! Also the park that looks like it's in the desert was performed in the Grand Canyon area. The way that he's singing where it's like loud and soft and loud and soft for Alton and Alton, and that is a technique that he learned when he was a kid from Sam Cooke. Check out some of his interviews and he talks about that. You guys got a bone up your skills on Steve Perry for sure man. It's totally worth it. I'm 63 so I've been with him since the beginning of journey and all the way through till today and until I die so I know I'm well. Simon concert twice in 78 and 81 so early on in his career and he has evolved like crazy. And just to say, I supported his walk away from journey because he did it for personal reasons his voice was fried at the time he was tired of touring Nine months out of the year then coming back and making an album and then going back out on the road he needed a break after his mom died and he didn't have any family left. It was just him. Thank God he got a daughter and makes me happy. But he didn't find out about his daughter until she turned 13 years old. That's when her mom decided she was old enough to know. They have a great relationship 👍🏻
