It was written by Ali-Ollie Woodson and Otis Williams. It was produced by Ali-Ollie Woodson, Al McKay and Ralph Johnson. The song reached #2 on the R&B chart and #48 on the Hot 100. This 1989 live performance is from the television show: It's Showtime At The Apollo. The Temptations always come out with very smooth choreography and great singing. The song "Treat Her Like A Lady", was heard in the 1985 film: The Last Dragon, during the Sum Dum Goy Fortune Cookie Company scene. However, the song was not included on the film's movie soundtrack.
