This song was just them flexing and a calm song which they deserve tbh dave rarely flexes in his songs. Dave’s more of a conscious rapper and lyrical whereas Stormzy is a Grime rapper. Grime rap is genre we have in the Uk

re: Stormzy: there is SHUT UP which is his breakout freestyle which has billions of views, but maybe have a look at something more polished like BIG FOR YOUR BOOTS or SOUNDS OF THE SKENG. AUDACITY is great and features Headie One whom you might like also. CROWN is lovely. Switching Songs Pt 2 by Durrty Goodz - who is probably the most technically gifted MC we've produced in the UK - is a neat little tour through a decade or two of UK music history, if you're interested in how we got where we are now.

UK drill is probably the biggest type of rap out the UK rn, but not all UK rappers do drill. Dave and Stormzy have hopped on drill beats before but they’re not drill artists. There’s artists that do melodic auto tune type rap, some do Afro-Caribbean type music and some do real rap. There’s a lot of variety in UK music although nowadays it feels like mainstream UK rap is very drill influenced

Dave and Stormzy are both from the same neighbourhood in South London and are the biggest UK rappers currently. it's hard to put a label on Dave because he is so uniquely Diverse and when you listen to Black by Dave, you will be going mental for him. I know Americans struggle with yhe accent but Dave and Stormzy are the ones that are very likely to blow up in the states. Stromzy is Grimme and You should react to Vossi Bop. just such a vibe.
