Thank you very much, for responding to my recommendation 🙏🙂 The word "Lathi" comes from Javanese which means "tongue" or can also be interpreted as "words" or "speech". The song Lathi tells the story of a toxic relationship dominated by lies and ego. This song was released on February 28, 2020. The lyrics in English were written by Reza Oktavian and Eka Gustiwana while the Javanese part was written by Sara Fajira who was inspired by an Old Javanese proverb. The moral message of this song can be seen from the chorus "Kowe ra iso mlayu saka mistakes. Ajining Diri ana ing lathi" namely someone who has made a mistake, cannot escape from that shadow. In other words, the action taken will leave an impression on the person who receives it. In July 2020, the three members of this music group were displayed on 2 billboards in Times Square, New York, at that time Weird Genius went global with their song entitled "Lathi", one of the billboards had an inscription stating that their latest song, "Lathi" was included. in the list of "Tops 100 million streams".
