This was truly a great reaction, you actually know what you're talking about and you kept up with everything he was saying. Yelawolf's music is rather interesting, as many of his songs blend southern rock, hip hop, and little bit of country. (ie. his album Love Story). If you want to hear that style of music, check out Empty Bottles. Based off of this reaction alone, I think you'd like his pure hip-hop side better, and for that I'd recommend checking out more of the freestyles he dropped leading up to TM3. (Jesco White, Elvis Messy, Billy Goat). I would advise starting out with "Pop the Trunk", and "Mtn Dew Mouth". Pop the Trunk is what put him on the map and had Eminem sign him to shady records. Mtn Dew mouth is a crazy freestyle. and i assume you know this, but these freestyles aren't off-the-top. Separately, you can check out Yelawolf- "To Whom it May concern", which was a response to being called racist because he was at that point rocking confederate flags. It's pretty much on par with any hip hop storytelling song I've ever heard. Also don't listen to G-Eazy, his music is the epitome of pop rap.

I’m so happy you’re checking Yelawolf out. You really got to react to Pop the Trunk. It’s his first big hit and got him noticed by Eminem who signed him. I promise you’ll love it. And definitely do the official video. The atmosphere is intense and really adds to the song. I laughed when you said Daddy’s Lambo was your introduction to him. You know how artists with lots of substantial music will throw out a piece of empty fluff for radio airplay? That’s what that song was. It doesn’t reflect him very well at all.
