Beastars is very good... it's a mature anime, which means that it does have a small bit of adult content (suggestive, not explicit... and there is some amount of violence) but at the same time, it feels like it serves the story and characters with how it's used. it feels like a part of the characters' lives that the story looks at in an unflinching way, same as a lot of other concepts that make you ask _a lot_ of questions about the way this fictional world works, and what commentary it could be reflecting about the way our own world works. the show does really cool allegorical backflips and is overall a very engaging watch. also, this song makes so much sense once you know what happens in Beastars, and which relationship it refers to... it's the ED for season 2, and there's a particular episode where you just have to watch the ED after the episode ends, because of who it's meant for.

YOASOBI isn't just one person. They are actually a duo. Ikura, the Vocalist and Ayase, the Producer.

The singer's name is Lilas IKuta. Yoasobi is a duo made by Sony Music Entertainment Japan and the other member's name is Ayase the singer-songwriter.

Beastars is about a story if herbivores and carnivores/omnivores can really be friends and lovers. Yasashii Suisei is a song written for Beastars about a friendship between lion and stag, a carnivore and herbivore. The song itself have the names of the lion and stag from the anime in the lyrics (but it's in Japanese so you can't really make out from the english lyrics).

The song is not about the rabbit and the wolf, nor is it about a romantic relationship. It has a more brotherly tone, it is better appreciated in the animated video (which is also the ending) I recommend you to watch it in full, the short version (1m and 30s) that appears in the anime doesn't show the story well

Yeah, the reason why there are underlying message behind Yoasobi's songs is because most of their songs came from novels of various authors. If I remember correctly, Beastars' author made a webnovel just for this song. Yoasobi's motto that they've also put in their merch is "Novel into Music".

She doesn't write the songs from yoasobi however she do write her own songs . Because she's known to be the yoasobi singer but she also does sing solo with her official name which is Lilas ikura, and she did like two or three songs on the first take. Also she sings in one of the video alongside Aimer and Milet u just didn't recognize her . I hope u react to her songs as well like Lens in the first take!!!!

Luke, the idea of Ayase and Ikura forming the band Yoasobi, is to re-interpret existing creative works in songs. "Yasahii Suisei" is literally "Gentle Comet", the official English name - and of the English version - is "Comet", not to be confused with Hoshimachi Suisei's song of the same name. It is about one of the story arcs in Beastar about two old geezers, a stag and a lion. Can't say any more about that.

If you watch beastars, after finishing the second season i suggest you to listen to music video. It contains really major spoilers. She released the song after season two completely aired. This song also has an amazing English version also sung by Yoasobi.

The contrast between "lightness" and "darkness" is called GAP in Japan. Basic meaning is that personality doesn't match their appearance. Like for example, the "gap" of BABYMETAL is that it is metal but cute at the same time.

This is somewhat off topic but watching ur videos make me kind of sad that Japan is the way it is. Let me explain. So watching ur vids make me really appreciate the beauty in Japanese art. But then I think of how I really don’t wanna live in Japan cuz it’s pretty collectivist and has other things I don’t like (for example the use of keigo, ppl caring a lot about what others think (ofc this is a bit everywhere), it being hard to REALLY connect with ppl, etc). Watching ur vids make me wish Japan was perfect without the problems😂. But nothing is perfect. The downsides are too much for me personally.

Yoasobi's vocalist's voice is basically auto tuned. Its so clean, so smooth and sounds so good. What a talented singer
