This prefab house also has several different options and can be built as a manufactured home! The manufacturer for this house is Kabco Builders. The model for this home is the “MD-54-32!" We have seen the mobile home business come such a long way. In the old days most people referred to mobile homes as a trailer house. However some of the manufactured homes we carry are far from “trailer houses.”

Nice floor plan. The outstanding feature is the fact that you walk in to the living area without the kitchen staring you in the face. A nice big covered porch built on the back and this home would be complete for me.

For this home, if I were in the market, I would most definitely change the fireplace into a real wood/gas burning fireplace, the wet bar would become a desk area, the place in the kitchen next to the refrigerator I would put a stand up freezer. Other than that, it’s an okay home!

Hello Chance. Actually I would put an Upright Freeze in that area beside the refrigerator, as there's no space for it in the Utility Room. And where the table is on the right as you're walking into the kitchen area, I'd put Grandma's China Cabinet there. Microwave is in perfect location. I would like to have a Pot filler above the cook stove. And I'd want a Gas Cook Stove. I'd also like to have a Pot Filler above the stove. And also we'd want a Gas Fireplace in the Living room, if we can't get a wood stove. I saw the Furnace in the Utility Room, at least I assume it was as you didn't say. In the Master Bathroom you do not need those pretty cabinets beside the Vanity when you actually have a Linen Closet! I'd keep the Linen Closet and remove those Cabinets regardless of how pretty the are so that I could extend the Vanity area. Not enough countertop space for 2 sinks as is. Looks like there may be enough room in the Commode area, but I'd remove the wall around it if possible. To bad I'e also have to exchange that Tub for a Handicapped Tub. We'd also need doors on the Tile Shower. Of course, one Guest Bedrooms would be my Library and the other my Music and Studio Room. Office in there too, unless I decide to put an Office where the wet bar is.

I love the layout of this home. From the coat closet, fireplace in livingroom, I love the angled wall turning into the kitchen area. I would put the wet bar beside the fridge and use the wet bar area as a desk. Such a lovely home with gorgeous curb appeal.

This may be my favorite yet! We are in the market for one and I am loving this one! I would change the wet bar to shelfs, and the kitchen is perfect, that empty space would be a coffee bar! This one is stunning for sure! We're just trying to fugure out where we're gonna stay while we tear our current house down and get something pulled in and set up!
