@@mutongoria The airport immigration has undergone a complete transformation. I remember visiting Kenya 🇰🇪 from the US a few years ago , and immigration and customs were brutal. They wanted to charge you duty for clothes and gifts that you are bringing back home for relatives. It was absolutely crazy. I see now they are laying out the red carpet for visitors. Wow! This was a really nice surprise. I've never seen any other of your videos. Everything about you is very classy. The dialogue between you and the Uber driver had me wishing I was the driver. Your voice is so seductive. When you said to him that maybe he can be your driver, I felt like melting. Even your one mispronunciation was sweet (matutu instead of matatu). And I even learned some important info. I've heard of the Mama Oliech Restaurant. But I did not know that it was a favorite of Idris Elba, Mark Zuckerberg, and Jack Dorsey! Hope Kenya treats you well. Greetings from Boston.

I'm so happy to hear that. What does Otieno mean? Since I've been here, I've been given a Kenyan name too! 🙂💞🇯🇲🇰🇪

@@TheAtlantaBelle I think you mean Atieno, not Otieno. Otieno is a boys name. A girl would be Atieno. It means "born at night" or "of the night". It's from the Luo people (Barack Obama's tribe). I'm not from that tribe, but it's a common enough name that even I know what it means.

@@freedomm Thank you for the explanation.

@@TheAtlantaBelle Sorry, I've just seen the comment about the name Otieno was given to someone else, not you. Still means the same with O for boys and A for girls.

@@freedomm I realized that but I was still grateful for the explanation.

Yes….Not sure where in Kenya you will be but if in Nairobi, use my Airbnb host. He is very knowledgeable and the location is super central and has everything you need. His info is in the description. Be polite and everyone will be the same back to you. If you don’t have Uber, get it. Getting around is super easy with Uber and they are very efficient. As soon as you book one it’s literally outside waiting for you. No exaggeration, they’re that quick. In Nairobi you MUST eat at Mama Oliech restaurant (best food I’ve found). Bring a coat or thick sweaters, it’s cold right now. Go to the coast in Mombasa and Diani….You can use the Airbnb Host I had on the coast. He does airport pick up, tours and can be your driver and guide on the coast. He has many Airbnb options to suit any budget. Here is his info: Name is Rick Instagram handle is rickstaysandhomes Hope this helps, any more questions dm me on Insta @theeatlantabelle Have a great time. Kenya is awesome ❤️
