First time in awhile to ride a the STROMER st2

Been so busy but got out yesterday and it’s been so long that I have not ride the the bikes it needed a update.

I read that a lot of owners are having big problems whit the sturmmy archer 5 speed gear, is it enything you have encountered whit your st2? And is there a possible solution?? Thanks for a great video Greadings from 🇩🇰 Denmark

Sometimes the rear sprocket the belt jumps a little so STROMER has this upgrade for it and for the battery box too. I found him after I sent the ST2 back and got my new St1. I didn’t have any problems with the gears but did with the torque sensor going a little wacky sometimes. But the upgrade I think is to fix this I believe the upgrade call performance kit for the belt drive number is 403956 this a STROMER oem part from STROMER ST1 and ST2 updated battery door number is 402282G. This guy channel he is a STROMER dealer. In the UK and he has the listing on his blow his description I hope this helps you out or anyone else has an ST 2 Belt drive and I miss the st2 belt drive I think my battery might have jump a bit and did something to it now saying that about four months later I hit a massive pothole on my ST1 mega pint OG and I had to pull over and trun it back on but it’s been running awesome! Like a STROMER a awesome e bike should. And thank for the kind words.

Yes simple solution, don't buy a Stromer .you will regret it...multiple times..not to mention the vast amounts of money you lose...

@gruilen if it has broken twice in 19000km that is fair enough I think, but not if you mean 1900km Mine has broken once in 4000km it was made on warranty

This is a Stromer..yes obviously only doing its 45 km/h downhill....piece of c..and customer service sucks after warranty period...I have an st1x, so I know..

I'm sorry you have that experience with your st1x. I have had a really good experience customer service and my ST1 reloaded has been a tank I ride every day to work. And the new ST1 LCI been been awesome too. My warranty on my ST1 was out of warranty and I still have great service. Again sorry that you are not happy with customer service with your st1x. Could you tell me more?
