When I see foreigners enjoying Thai food and being so happy and surprised by its flavors, it always makes me smile as a Thai person. Our cuisine is truly amazing, but ironically, it often creates a unique problem. When Thai people travel abroad, we always end up bringing food or seasonings with us to enhance the flavors. Without them, it’s almost impossible for us to enjoy the food there!

Don't pour coconut milk on mango because it make mango tastety is not good natural taste .You should pour it on sticky rice because sticky rice will absorb coconut milk . I hope both of you to have great time to be happiness in Thailand.

Here are some tips for eating noodle-like dishes in Thailand, like Pad Thai or Thai noodles. Typically, these dishes are served as bland as possible because the final seasoning is left for the eater to adjust themselves. Thai people have been customizing their noodle since childhood Padthai isnt famouse dish in Thailand along with many other Thai food that well known world wide thats just what easy for foreigner to like but for local there are so much more, back to the noodle we know how to make it fit our taste without even needing to sample it while seasoning. For foreigners, some restaurants may season the dish beforehand to make it easier, but most tourists end up eating the unseasoned version and still enjoy it. **Quick Tip** Thai cuisine is all about balance-a harmony of sour, sweet, and salty flavors depending for tye dishes For Pad Thai, you’ll usually be given a set of seasonings on the side: sugar, chili powder, and lime (though some cheaper places may offer vinegar instead of lime to save costs, which is not ideal by Thai standards). Here’s what to do: squeeze all the lime they gave and sprinkle some chili powder, as Pad Thai usually has a sweet base that benefits from added acidity and spice. but taste fisrt before you doing that cause maybe you like the blended taste. This same principle applies to other noodle dishes, like boat noodles, which are worth trying if you don’t mind a broth with blood in it ot nornally seasoning with Vinigar chilly init so put vinegar half small spoon first and taste before adding chilly, sugar also add half small spoon at the time stire and try it of you dont like something more add that favour more it either make it crazy good distroy that dish its up to you.
