If you still have Hong Kong dollars, you can pay 1 to 1 in Macau as well. Pretty much every place in Macau accepts Hong Kong dollars, and the casinos in particular only accept Hong Kong dollars.

You don't need to translate "Patacas" to portuguese, because Pataca was the portuguese name for the Macau's currency. By the way, In Portugal we never had "Pesos". Before the Euro, we had "Escudos"("Shields" in English), while "Pesos" was the old Spanish currency(which can be translated to English by "Weights").

In the Hong Kong video if u pay higher price or researches u could actually find hotel that looks like the one u have now in Macau but it’s very expensive though there’s hotel way can see the Victoria harbour and there’s this one tallest building in Hong Kong Island that have 178 level tall so if u go next time maybe check out these hotels name the four seasons , rosewood, the Ritz Carlton

Actually you can use HK dollar in Macau, and the change you receive can be HK or Macau dollar, depending on the sellers.

Living in NW England, I can't get over how clean everywhere is....If that was here, there'd be rubbish all over the floor, people blowing smoke in your face, the water would be choked with litter.... Graffiti, in your face adverts on the walls....and where are the homeless and beggars and cars blocking footpaths?..Watching your beautiful China videos has made me appreciate that living in the city doesnt have to be like it is here in the UK.

Didn't you try the Bak Kwa when in Singapore coz the one u tried in Macau is similar to Singapore and Malaysia? It is way nicer and juicier and we even have the one with apple wood. Should try when back. My siblings and I together with my UK mate were staying at the Studio 8. We prefer less crowded hotels yet still nice within the area.

I have been to Macau, and it's a beautiful place. Just understand that it does not have the party atmosphere of Vegas. It's all about gambling and food. You can also head to Hong Kong, which is one of my favorite cities.

Macau 🇲🇴 being the world’s million-dollar gambling hub of Asia, it also boasts the best Egg Tart in Asia. Macau is rich in diversity, customs and Portuguese 🇵🇹 culture and cuisine. It is the next SAR city outside of Hong Kong 🇭🇰 SAR.

It's a subtropical climate so you get relatively dry winter from December to February, and a hot rainy period from May to September! But the temperatures are quite high throughout the year :)
