75 USD can have a much better hotel. As I’m a HongKonger, I won’t recommend this kind of small hotel to tourists.

I visited often that noodle house around 30 years ago when I worked nearby. Still seems so nice vives there :) So nostaligiac to me. Thansk for the very good vid.

I enjoyed your video so much! I am in HK for university right now but I have lived in Guangzhou for 18 years since I was born. The 源記腸粉 is very famous in Guangzhou since almost every local has had tried it before and it has been open for 20 years. Thank you so much for letting me experience this journey online--it felt I was there!

12:04 They are a famous cult religion in Myeongdong. It's never Christian. BTW, Dumpling and Mandoo are slightly different from each other. Basically, Chinese Dumpling have a very thick flour dough. On the other hand, Korean Mandoo has a relatively thin flour dough.

That's not traditional Hotteok. It shouldn't be deep fried. The real ones are made with much less oil and made flat with a grill press. They're just too lazy to clean up the grill.
